Only down side is if you live outside of London and want to return the product you are unable too, it will cost you double what you paid for the product. so be careful if you don't want to waist your money. They should update there policy to include a free shipping label, especially for the price of some of there items.

Martha was such a great help! My parcel was experiencing some delivery issues and she went out of her way to find the parcel and have it redelivered the next day. She was sincerely apologetic and so sweet. I was relieved I had her help! Also absolutely love the monogrammed bikini for my wedding, it fits perfectly and so soft! Will be ordering from here again :)

I used Gigi & Olive for my bachelorette merch and had the best experience with them designing everything. When I received the pieces I was blown away by the quality. I would highly recommend them and will be purchasing from them again :)

Gigi and olive went above and beyond After having a few issues with my first delivery (nothing to do with the company but the delivery driver) they had a replacement personalised item sent out to me which arrive ld within 24 hours of me emailing. The item is extremely good quality and the attention to detail perfect, it’s exactly what I was looking for for my wedding day. Excellent customer service and beautiful products. Three days before my wedding I realised that I had no gift for my groom! I saw the lovely personalised handkerchief on the website, but noted that I’d left it too late. But I emailed Gigi & Olive - they were immediately responsive, and pulled out all the stops to make a customised handkerchief and posted it out to me in time. The handkerchief was perfect but the customer care was exemplary (a shout out for Martha who followed this up tightly!).

Wonderful products and customer service. I have ordered from Gigi & Olive twice. Had a beautiful custom made bow for my dog for our wedding with engraving on the bow, which arrived quick and was absolutely lovely.
For my second order I got a mini veil. There was an issue with DPD delivery. I contacted customer service and Martha helped me resolve it the same day. My delivery was located and the veil is beautiful. Very excited to wear it for my elopement at the end of the month.

We ordered custom Sandalwood Fans from Gigi and Olive for one of our clients wedding, personalised with their wedding date and name. The service was incredibly personal and thoughtful, making the whole experience so special. The fans themselves are of outstanding quality, beautifully crafted and perfect for the occasion. The guests absolutely loved taking a fan as a keepsake, and it added such a lovely touch to the wedding. We couldn’t recommend Gigi and Olive enough and will be suggesting them to all brides-to-be!

Absolutely amazing experience! The quality is incredible, delivery time was perfect - everything was outstanding! What was amazing though, was that I wanted to personalize the handkerchief in Arabic (which was a bit of a weird request), but I emailed the team and they responded so quickly and did it perfectly!

Gigi & Olive were amazing with my order! It was easy to do their personalised handkerchiefs and made them so special, the variety of colours is also amazing and they had my colour which isn’t very common! The team were great at resolving my query to ensure that I was fully happy and I absolutely am. They were so easy to deal with and really made a stressful time of wedding planning an awful lot easier and it was so appreciated! Will definitely be using them again for gifts post wedding!

This has been my favourite brand throughout my bridal era. Everything they do is amazing - I especially loved the heart veil for my hen do. Would recommend them to any future bride to be.
