They are knockoffs of Cupshe. The photos and reviews they used to use are the exact photos and reviews you will see on Cupshe. The suits came several months late as they kept emailing me and saying they were sold out. When I got them they were cheap looking and illfitting. I would not recommend. If you want quality, fashionable swimsuits go to Cupshe.

Same here, in the beginning of summer I ordered 3 bathing suits and 2 months later received 1. Nothing else came. I guess I should have known better.

terrible shop
I ordered 4 swimming suits and received only one with more than 1 month delay. When I wrote to them, they started to complain that too many orders and I need to wait. Few months later (after my letter asking for refund) they said they already had sent me next 2 suits (I did not get them, so I think they lied) but the last one they did not have in a store (they refused to make a refund at least for it). So... 6 months of waiting and "communication" with the shop, and I still got only one suit for the price of 4 suits.

At first, I thought that this is a scam because I haven’t received my items yet for a month. And then I made a little research about the website and saw a lot of reviews that this is a scam. I started emailing the website about the status of my order and they were responsive. After almost one and a half months,, I received the package completely. 4 swimsuits and quality is really nice.

If I can rate a -5 I would! I ordered a bathing suit, 1.5 months ago, and still have not received it. I requested a refund and have not received my refund either. Thank god I used PayPal to prefer, because I was able to fight for my money back!

Ordered 6 bathing suits- Received 2 of them - POOR SERVICE
Ordered 6 bathing suits on 4/23/19. Like everyone else I did not receive an email confirmation. The charge came out with a Microbee (not related to the company at all). 2 of the 6 bathing suits I ordered the exact same one and by mistake. I emailed them asked about my order, and for them to refund the duplicate just like everyone else, they typically respond a day or two later. I got the same generic emails pretty much like everyone else did. Tracking check back in 5-7 days, items out of stock, etc. I received 2 of the 6 about 3 1/2 weeks later after emailing them pretty daily. After the time and frustration- I demanded a refund, they tried to offer me a coupon and stated my bathing suits were on the way. ONLY received 2 of the 6. The top was to big, bottoms fit perfect. After going back and forth with them for about 2 weeks I did a charge back on my credit card, and clearly mentioned that it was a scam in my emails and they jumped fast. As of 6/26/19 I have only received 2 so far, they are claiming 3 have been shipped. They gave a refund on 2 bathing suits. My refund came from a totally different company, not Microbee as when they charged it. Now when you go to website- it doesn't pull up any items to view no matter which selection you make. I tried to look at some just to see and nothing. They also keep changing their prices too. You have to be pushy with them and stay on top of it for those who have not gotten their items.

No customer service
At first, I was going to give a decent review. Part of my order came after a few weeks and I liked the bathing suit. Then it took about two months to get the rest of my order. Not a big deal, they were cheap so I was willing to wait.
I tried them on and one of the tops was obviously mislabelled. It was over 6” wider than the other tops I bought. There is no way I can make it work as it’s not the adjustable kind.
No biggie, I thought. Contact the company and they’ll send me a new one. Nope. “If it’s not a product quality problem, I have to pay to ship it back.” The cost of shipping is more than the bathing suit and they didn’t actually say they’d fix the problem.
I was all ready to order more but not with customer service like that.

Emailed at least 5 times to ask were the order is???
All I get is shipped product check tracking # so many days after email to update.
The tracking # says I received one of the items already on May 21/19

I did ask for a refund....they insist that they are shipped & just delayed.

I have bought 2 items from GIGICUP on…
I have bought 2 items from GIGICUP on 11/4 and received the auto-reply email. There was no response in the next three weeks even though I have sent several inquiries via email. Then, I found GICICUP facebook (Name: CHIC Guided) and inbox them and inform them I would like to cancel my order and get the refund. They told us that one of the item has been shipped and the remaining item will be shipped within 7 days as it was out of stock in the next 2 days. I received the products on 18/5 and 23/5. In my own opinion, I think there is something wrong about this company since they did not take any actions until you told them you want to get your money back.

I ordered 2 bathing suites March 15
I ordered 2 bathing suites March 15, they took my money right after purchase and I never got a confirmation email a shipping number. I thought it was a scam after reading all these reviews but I actually received them 2 1/2 months later.... I ordered both in large, 1 was wayy to small and the other fit decently. I'm only giving 2 stars because I actually received them but I'd advise people to stay away from this site.

I order from this site on 4/30/2019, have yet to receive any products or tracking information nearly a month later after I have sent 2 request to their so called customer service for the information.
Stating- I would appreciate that you will please arrange to have these items expedited to me as it has now been a total of 12 business days since purchasing the items.
( An ENTIRE business week passed the 3-7 business days)
These were purchased with the intent of taking on vacation I have scheduled for next week. I need to have these items no later than Monday 5/20/2019.

The company information listed on my paypal transaction is from Youmobi Co., Limited, clearly NOT A SINGLE thing adds up to this gigicup website.
The correspondence with this illicit company is apparent they are running a scam. (The correspondence clearly shows use of improper language/ slang and multiple names used through out the email. ) They have not delivered the products I purchased and are refusing to provide tracking and shipment details about this purchase. I cannot get any customer service number to speak with a person on their behalf. I have filed a dispute and asked paypal to remove this transaction and my money refunded.
If I could leave negative stars I would.

I also ordered 3 swimsuits. They charged immediately my account. I ordered April 30th today is May 16 still no swimsuits. I have emailed them about the status and it’s apparent whoever is writing back doesn’t speak or understand English very well. They have given no information as to when they will arrive. They keep saying they’re shipped.. they will be shipped .. they haven’t shipped.. it’s all very confusing and frustrating. Never never trust this site. Don’t buy!!

Gigicup.com popped up as an Instagram ad. I ordered suits a month ago because they were such a bargain at just $9.99 each. They never came. I guess if it seemed too good to be true, I should have known! They have not answered my email message and, under my account on their site, there is no info under my order history. Totally a scam!
