I am really really trying to like this…
I am really really trying to like this product. Its only been 2 days to be fair but the taste and smell is really off putting. I got the orange flavour but the smell is really overwhelming. I’m struggling to drink it. Hopefully I will get used to it? I dont know. Too expensive to chuck it in the bin. I will try my best to continue drinking because the ingredients do sound good.

The blend is perfectly fine to mix with other liquids, just be sure not to heat it, as that can affect the nutrients.

I wanted to lovee this supplement but i have had the worst skin breakouts from it! I have heard this from a few friends also, i’ve never had bad skin and so from the second i stopped taking it, my skin has cleared up. Disappointed!

Significant improvements with GiGi
I had been taking the refreshing lemonade Gigi since April of this year and after the first month my energy improved and my periods that were lasting 9/10 days are now 5/6 days. I've had pcos and hormone issues since my teens (now in my early 40s), been on multiple hormone medications and gone through rounds of IVF. This is the only thing that has made a significant difference consistenly. I ordered the new Blood Orange flavour earlier this week and just trying it now - it tastes lovely and there is a noticeable difference in taste to the lemonade version.

I am a runner and as such, I am obsessed with the health stats on my Garmin watch. I started Gigi supplements just over a month ago and after 2 weeks, decided to switch to taking it at night before bed, in a full pint of water.
From the first night, my HRV skyrocketed, my sleep score was the highest it's been in months and my resting HR is 5-6 beats lower in the morning. Phenomenal stuff. I don't know which magic ingredient is doing this, or if it's a combination of all the good stuff, but I am sold.

Tastes Awful
I cant speak for any benefits that might come from taking this because the taste is so bad, I dont think I'll be able to keep it down. I'm trying to stick with it but my stomach turns as soon as I smell it now. I'm trying to add fresh lemon and lime but the smell turns my stomach.

Bad taste
I wanted to like this product and I had high hopes but the taste is awful. The water to scoop ratio makes it harder to drink because of the taste. It lingers too and no amount of masking it with juice helps at all. Disappointed!

We're really sorry to hear that the blend is causing you issues.
Since you're experiencing stomach discomfort, it's really important to take it with or after a meal, as the bio-active zinc can sometimes be a bit tough on an empty stomach. After dinner might be a good time, since that's usually a larger meal and your stomach has been lined with food throughout the day!
If you'd like to give it another go, you might want to start slowly when reintroducing it to your routine. Perhaps begin with a smaller half dose to allow your system some time to adjust. You could also mix it in with a smoothie or juice, which may be gentler on your stomach!
Other customers have mentioned they like mixing the blend with juice, cordial or even sparkling water. Those could be other options to explore! The blend is perfectly fine to mix with other liquids, just be sure not to heat it, as that can harm the nutrients.

I have issues with hormonal imbalance…
I have issues with hormonal imbalance and pay 30 euro for myoinositol per month, I feel like having everything I need in Gigi for the day is good value, I noticed a huge decrease in mood issues prior to my period this month and although I tend to get it every 30-33 days, it came at 28 days on the dot! Haven't noticed a change in pain levels but I'll keep tabs for next month. Smells and tastes weird but I reduced from a pint glass of water to a cup and it's much easier to down now with a straw and I just forget about it. Very hopeful about this product and happy it contains myoinositol particularly

I really wanted to love this product as some other reviewers have said. I got the orange and grapefruit flavour and I have consistently struggled to take the supplements no matter how much I try to convince myself. It's not just a personal preference of the flavour. It tastes horrible and the suggested powder to water ratio leaves you with a powdery texture that makes it even harder to drink. Was really disappointed, I don't think trying the lemonade flavour is going to make any difference.

Upset stomach
This worked for me when I took it religiously, but it’s hard to take now as I get an upset stomach from it. The taste isn’t great but bearable with 500ml of ice cold water. Will keep trying but would love to see a flavourless option.

Really unpleasant taste & smell. I literally had 2 mouthfuls and couldn’t finish it. Sadly didn’t get a ‘lemonade flavour ‘ from it. I personally wouldn’t spend your money on it

Really wanted to love this product
Really wanted to love this product, as I suffer from bad periods and it did help ease some bloating and improved my energy levels, but the taste was terrible. The lemonade flavour was really difficult to drink in terms of sweetness. I did reach out to feedback to the company who suggested to try it in smoothies, sparkling water etc but also couldn't tolerate in those formats either.
Maybe the orange flavour may be better but I don't think I'd spend another €44 to be told I can't get a refund based on taste/personal preferences. I've opted to take many of the ingredients listed in Gigi in singular capsule supplements instead

Gigi is a must-have supplement
Gigi has changed my life and how I experience periods now!

As I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I find that this supplement has all the vitamins & minerals I need to support my hormone health.
