Awful. I paid £281 for two tickets TO 21 pilots 11 may 2025 which should have been 70 or thereabouts.
I bought 2 unaware that my daughter had also bought 2.
Within 3 hours of purchase I let gigsberg know we had made a mistake buying 2 lots.
Why could they not have released the hugely overpriced tickets for me to resell instead of holding them until this week.
Now I can't sell them and am 281 out of pocket .
Customer service watsapped me with attitude when I have asked for tickets to resell since early December.
My hands were tied as they refused to release tickets so I could not resell on my own terms .
Tickets are now unusellable and useless . Absolutely con

The declaration on top of the website says: "Gigsberg is a secondary ticket marketplace. All tickets are guaranteed and secure. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value". The price is a question of supply and demand and is set only by the seller of the tickets. You are able to resell tickets through us even if they are not in your possession, which you were advised to do.

Perfect customer assistance. Prompt and clear reply, very patient in explaining procedures more than one time! Perfect organization: I found it a bit strange in the beginning, but they were able to manage everything completely and correctly. Very good service, hope I'll have another chance to use it.

Wondering if you should use Gigsberg?
I was hesitant to use Gigsberg as it was new and unknown to me. But it was legitimate and they were also very helpful and answered within seconds when I had questions about downloading the tickets. This is a serious website, and the only thing that is different from first-buy websites is that the prices are higher because of the resale aspect.
When you want to attend an event and did not get tickets at first attempt - and am willing to pay a bit extra for the possibility for an experience of a lifetime, like Billie Eilish - use this site!

Is this a scam?
At this moment I’m still waiting for my tickets to Billie Eilish in stockholm the day after tomorrow. Bought the tickets a year ago. Have been messaging with Gigsberg several times. We already have the travel to Sweden and hotel paid for and we are going tomorrow. No tickets have arrived yet. Getting very worried.
At girst they said that tickets are released a few weeks before the event, then a few days before the event, and now they are saying that sometimes they release the day of the event. This feels like a scam.
Update: We did get the tickets, later the day I wrote this review. It was exactly the tickets we bought and they worked as they were supposed to. It was very stressful to get them so closely to the event date though 😅

Please note that Gigsberg is a secondary ticket marketplace. It is normal in our industry for the official seller/venue to release the actual tickets much closer to the event date - it's also written here in our FAQ (https://www.gigsberg.com/faqs ) "When will I get my tickets? Tickets are generally delivered 1-3 days before the event. However, we work very closely with our sellers, to have them delivered to you as soon as possible." On the rare occasion, tickets may only be delivered on the day of the event. Having said this please be assured that you will receive your tickets before the event.
At first I thought the tickets wouldn't arrive but a few months before the concert they arrived
It's safe but at first there were a few problems….. In the end I had the tickets via Eventim on a QR code 👍
