Purchased Six Nations tickets- awesome experience

Purchased Six Nations tickets. Every step of the way I was notified as to what was going on and what to expect, ticket arrival etc. E-tickets arrived earlier than expected which was nice! Exceptionally good customer service and definitely will do business with them again!

Upgrade for Tickets

I have bought Tickets for two standard seats. When I have received yesterday the ticktes I have that Gigsberg has given me an upgrade to Premium entrance and seats. Thank you very much.

What a night.

Had an unreal night. Customer service were very good, constantly checking if I had the tickets and that they were right. Tickets were received quite a while before the concert as well which was nice. Wouldn’t have been able to have such a good night without Gigsberg.

Great service, even if tickets take a while, worth coming back to gigsberg

Joyce, Frank, and Tiffany (just like the artist) were amazing in helping me get my tickets which took a while due to the vender, and in correspondence incase of needing further help or experiencing any issues. Reliable service which I will definitely be using again!

Gigsberg gave me the badest experience…

Gigsberg gave me the badest experience in my entire life to buy or even sell the tickets, that I had. Tickets will be delivered, there is a customer service. But prices are to High, taxes and unforeseen cost are rased. If you would like to sell your over prised tickets, there were techical issues with there listing in the sale venue.. In my Opinion TicketSwap is much more trustfull!

Purchese 2 tickets on September 25th…

Purchese 2 tickets on September 25th 2025 and none information is being display on my user account about this, none answer has been received regarding the tickets or any feedback for a refound of my money. COMPLETLY SCAM! They always say they are "checking your case" to give you answer but them block your user in any social media or avoid to answer mails. UPDATED on 03/15 They asnwer here requiring information from me to "Solve my case" and
say I don't answer but at the same time they still not answering my mails or chat question on their page.

I had an issue downloading my tickets

I had an issue downloading my tickets, emailed them asking for help. Responded within the hour with clear, helpful instructions and had the issue resolved very quickly.
