I find it hard to believe there is a 3.2 rating for this business. It is a complete scam. They connect with apartment complexes willing to sign onto exclusivity contracts where they are the only internet service provider. Then they overcharge and provide subpar internet connection. The internet goes out here constantly. Right now it has been out for almost 20 hours and they can’t even tell us why. This is the fifth time it has happened since they took over as the internet service provider 2 1/2 months ago. It’s clearly just a cash grab and an exploitation of vulnerable apartment complexes. If you’re looking at a place that restricts your ability to choose your own isp, and in particular forces you to use gigstreem, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. You will 100% regret having to use gigstreem.

Rigid, inflexible, slow.

Our apartment had a clause about introducing Gigstreem some time into our contract and so now we are forced to use it. We pay $70/month for ~300/120 Mbps speeds when we were paying $60 for 1000/1000 Mbps speeds with Xfinity. The router pre-installed in the apartment is at one end of the apartment unit farthest from the main entrance and near the living room, we can't seem to find any other WiFi router in the unit, so the bedroom farthest and thus nearest the main entrance and building hallway gets only 1-3Mbps download speeds. You can't stream anything with those speeds. It's the most frustrating and time consuming to figure out internet service ever, and we are forced to use the service since there was no option to say no in the contract. Disappointed and just a waste of time trying to use the service.
