I ordered on Friday and my purchase arrived at 09.30 Saturday morning...excellent service thank you very much.

The product I purchased, their new Labs razor is OK, but not as good as the Pro Glide with the battery powered vibrating head.

After receiving the special offer, as advertised on their website, I noticed two items were missing from what had been shown in their promotion for this specific offer.

After contacting their customer services, and getting past the AI responses to presumably a human, it was frustrating they refused to recognise that everything shown in their photos of their advert for each promotion, should be supplied.

It was also frustrating they refused to have a telephone conversation even at a higher level and eventually when they realised the error, what was in the box, was not everything they had promoted in their advert, they said they would refund me, but never did.

Products are OK, Customer Service is appalling.

I bought a 'body&intimate' electric razor device from boots on monday ,and after using it ,can only state that its total rubbish,a waste of money, and all the advertising hype is total bull, never again will I buy Gillette

I think Gillette provides the best razors and gels for my skin. I’ve tried all the other major brands but always come back to Gillette Proglide. I don’t mind paying a bit more for a quality shave and the razors last a long time.
