I worked for a company who sold these sausages, they are absolutely amazing best sausages I have ever tasted, if you haven't tried these you are missing an absolute treat, they are absolutely banging!! Well done gills
Was a pork butcher selling collar and a couple of other cuts (loin , shoulder). Just a packaging plant now selling, sausage , pies and bury black pudding (which you can buy anywhere).The sausage is below par the rest is average.Shame it was a decent butcher once.
I think you have to be a little selective about what you buy from this company.
First of all the Sausages are Exceptional, as so is their Black Pudding.
Unfortunately the Sausage Meat is rather bland with little flavour, and the ham I binned being awful.
But as I said, I originally used them to sample their Sausages having read rave reviews, and I wasn't disappointed.
I've given 4 stars for the 2 items which I found excellent.
