Great customer service. Couldn’t get rid of the stains and they made them look brand new!

I have been using Gina’s for a while now. They are friendly family team, who provide an exceptional service every time; the quality of the clean and a speedy service. They go out of their way to adapt the service to your needs where they can.

Gina and her team are always professional and helpful. My clothes consistently come back spotless and perfectly cared for, with no issues at all. I’ve also had a wool carpet cleaned and was very happy with the results. It’s such a relief knowing my items are in safe hands. Gina also organises a delivery service which has been extremely helpful and convenient. I highly recommend her services!

I genuinely cannot recommend this dry cleaning service highly enough. Every single item I bring in comes back spotless, perfectly pressed, and looking brand new. The tailoring is consistently flawless - it’s clear how much care and attention goes into things.

On top of the incredible quality, the prices are extremely competitive, which honestly feels like a rare find these days. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust my clothes to someone who takes real pride in their work.

I have used Gina’s Drop ‘N’ Go for all my laundry needs since she opened. Whether it’s been a straightforward weekly shirt wash and iron or more heavy duty feather duvet washes or removing ink stains which looked impossible, she and her staff always deliver in a polite and professional way. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

Do not give your number to this dry cleaning business. They will use it to send you repeated, intrusive advertising SMS messages over the years that follow, even if you have not given permission for this and have requested the messages to stop. I have unfortunately had to report them to the Information Commissioner's Office over this, and hopefully they will take action.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I don't normally leave reviews but I absolutely had to this time as Gina totally saved the day! I placed a black silk dress in for drycleaning. There was a small patch where we thought the material had faded prior to cleaning, however when the dress came back, the cleaning had exposed a much larger area that had faded, right down the front. I had an event to attend the following day (and nothing else to wear!), and Gina was phenomenal. She promised me that she would work something out and get me to my event and she did! She arranged for their tailor to create a new black panel on the front of the dress that completely masked the problem, yet did not ruin the style of the dress at all. She also managed to make this all happen in under 24hours - free of charge - so I did indeed make it to my event! The service here is absolutely phenomenal! Thank you Gina!

Gina went above and beyond in meeting a quick turnaround for a garment I needed. She took a personal interest such that I felt a box of chocolates in addition to the bill was a way of recognising remarkable customer service.

I was one of the first 50 customers so I was offered 10% off which was amazing already but on top of that the workers there had amazing customer service. They were friendly and helped me out a lot. I finally got the stain of my Favourite jumper which I have been trying to get rid of for months and it was a bargain, the prices cannot be matched to any other dry cleaners.
