Hi Sarah, We're sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your gin and I have contacted you directly. The number you are referring to isn't a date it is a batch number, and 2/23 is our most recent batch. As we don't add artificial colours to our gins the shade is the natural colour of the fruit. I hope this clarifies things but please feel free to get in touch.

I have ordered from Gin Bothy on a few occasions and the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery never fails.
For the first time I ordered Stirrup Cup and would recommend it as an alternative. The faint sweetness and added ginger definitely suits the cooler evenings.
