Gincore has been a helpful system for our business. In the beginning, it felt a little overwhelming because there are many features, and it took some time to understand where to start. But little by little we began using more tools and adapting them to our processes.
We are still exploring the platform and not using every function yet, but what we already use has been useful and practical. Support has been very important for us - whenever we had questions, they helped explain things clearly. The videos and help materials also made it easier for the team to get used to the system.
Overall, it has been a positive experience and we can see that Gincore gives a lot of opportunities to improve and organize business processes step by step.
