If you are expecting any form of customer service or support do not entertain conducting business with this trader. I contacted them with a query as to why the product did not appear to be working. Having been asked to explain my understanding of the instructions, I received the following response from a Jim Macdonald:
"please see the Terms and Conditions not following the instructions voids your agreement and eligibility for support. You must use the exact ingredients I have suggested because you don’t understand the consequences of not. I don’t have time to coach customers I’m afraid. Please follow the Recovery Brew but use a jam jar with a lid and continue until the water goes cloudy. The chances of your GBP being dead when the rest of the batch was fine is astronomical beyond comprehension. More than the chances of winning the euro millions every draw for years. the number is too big to calculate on my computer, 12600000000 orders of magnitude bigger."
Followed by:
"By the way, I say this to convince you your GBP will be fine, but my computer can calculate odds equal to 3 times the number of atoms in the universe but can’t begin to calculate the actual odds of a fraction of blob being totally dead let alone 7g when the rest is fine."
So be warned if you do not follow the instructions and do something wrong you forfeit your entitlement to any support and rather than provide you with a bit of guidance as to where you may have gone wrong (which they don't have time to do) they will give you plenty of information about the ability or their computer.
