I wanted and specified a purple border. Came beige. Once ordered (November), it took 6 weeks. after the first two weeks, they contacted me with questions/concerns. I asked it will be delivered by xmas. they said it would take 5 to 7 business days to complete and will be sent out immediately. That...took a month.

Great Outcome After USPS Delay
Even though there was some delay in shipping, and my inquiry emails were going to spam on their end, I finally got a response and was pleasantly surprised at their commitment to resolving the problem by immediately reordering what seemed to be a lost package. Original one finally showed up after all the tracking investigation effort put in. To make a purchase easier, I would suggest they hire someone to answer their phones. No matter what time I tried calling, never did get an answer or a return call from the message I left. Also, shipping USPS probably is not the most expedient or customer friendly.
On a positive note, Aria Azadi did finally get my emails and was very eager to make things right. The carpet is perfect for my 1 year old grandson to play on and I love that it is washable.

The rugs were terrible
The rugs were terrible. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Neither one looked remotely like pictured. I would NOT recommend anyone buying from this company. I can’t say enough bad things about these rugs. M.Robbins
