Don’t buy from this store

I’ve order a toy for my son on July 5th. They say on website it’s 7/10 days delivery. They start preparing the package on July 11th. It’s July 19th today. Still didn’t get my order. I live in France. It’s not that far from Milano. My son is so sad, he is asking everyday. I’ve sent an email on July 8th to Simone the owner, he never answered. Please don’t by from this store. This guy don’t take care of his clients. I will never order again for sure. I just hope that I will get the toy for my son.
