Pan Rusting after just one use, also poorly welded cheap material. Do not buy!
To be clear, I followed the instructions in relation to how to use the pan. It started started to rust after one use, and it’s clearly not professionally welded. If you wish I can send you photos and I would appreciate a refund.

This is not a defect, but a normal characteristic of the material and it’s clearly explained on our website, in the instruction leaflet included with every pan, and in our video tutorials.
We’re always here to help with tips on how to care for and preserve your pan correctly, but it’s essential to follow the maintenance steps to ensure durability and performance. 💪🍕

Super fast delivery.
The burn in process for the blue steel pans was super simple and they work great. Way better results than normal baking trays when baking Focaccia or Detroit Style Pizza.

Great quality of flours, i couldn’t find them in France, or way too expensive! I’ve ordered 3 or 4 time and everything was fine, on time and well packed. I wish you could propose some other product like good quality candied fruits for panettone or colomba, different kind of stampi, anything related to long leavened italian brioche.
