Impossible to return items, no response from any channel

I placed order #2616518 and have been trying to return items for some time, with no success.

The website has no return option or return button.
I called customer service several times and nobody answered.
I sent several emails to service email and got no reply.
I went to the Al Hamra Mall and Al Malaz branches in Riyadh. Staff at both said returns are "not available now."

There's no working way to return a product or even reach anyone. If you buy online from Giordano Saudi Arabia, be aware that you may not be able to return anything. I hope the company fixes its return process and starts responding to customers.
