Long Arrival Times/ Long Time to Get Refunds

I ordered 3 items, which arrived about 4-5 weeks after I placed the order so plan ahead. Then items were small could not fit any of the items. You have to get a return address and form to complete the return. It took me about 6 emails to get this information. Each time I asked to return the items they responded with a question so that extended the process an additional week since they respond 24-48 hours. Which is not bad until you see that it's not a resolution to your request just another question to prolong the return process and its at your expense so this could cost you 15-20% of your order just things to keep in mind.
This all took place 22 October 2025-current I should have refund Jan 2026

Return policy needs improving

Items are unusual and nice but can be a challenging fit and because i.e. not sure they make clothing for tall people? I found that the waist and chest ratio weren't favourable to me. Quality of clothing and style are fantastic. Returns policy can be improved, you can nor return/exchange for the right size as you would spend a lot of money trying to return it. Communication and customer service is great.

Pure Garbage & Rip-off Company

I waited about (3) month for my order, and when it arrived it was stuffed in a sack like trash, the items were made of flimsy material and know-one should ever purchase from them ever again. Will report to The Better Business Bureau!!!

⭐️ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Quality & Misleading Product Imagery

I placed my order (Order No. GV008547**) on 25/10/2025, with the website clearly stating a processing time of 3–5 days and shipping of 10–20 days. The item only arrived today, taking more than double the upper estimate. Throughout the entire process, my order number had no relevance or function on the website, offering no updates or tracking. I only received the correct tracking information from the delivery company at the point of attempted delivery.

Unfortunately, the poor customer experience didn’t end there.

The double-breasted jacket and jeans set is of very poor quality. It is immediately clear that no quality control checks were carried out before dispatch. The stitching around the pockets is completely frayed, with loose threads all over the garment. The fabric itself feels cheap and nothing like what was advertised.

The product images are highly misleading. In the photos, the denim jacket appears to have gold buttons, but the item received has small, dark plastic tortoiseshell buttons that look entirely different and very low quality. The sleeve buttons also arrive completely open, which was not shown or described anywhere on the product page.

After receiving the item, I looked into reviews on other websites and found many customers saying the same thing: that the images on this brand’s website are likely AI-generated or heavily photoshopped, and the products customers receive look nothing like what’s advertised. Sadly, my experience aligns perfectly with that consensus.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The garment bears little resemblance to the product description or images on the official website, the quality is unacceptable, and the order/shipping process was confusing and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this brand or product.

Fraud/Scam Alert

I puchased 2 items in their website giovarno.com and it arrived later than what is stated in thei website. Now I received both but the other looked so different from what they have posted on their website. So I emailed them to return the other pair of shoes and get my money back but they havent response to me yet. So I tried ringing their number provided in their website but still no answer. I sent them a message in whatsapp but still no response. Also Id like to note that they have different brand names like here in trust pilot they are giovanco then their website is giovarno then in their whatsapp they are called gioverra which is shadey. Anyways I am disappointed with the shoes I received, I felt deceived and Id like to return it and have my money back. I do not recommend this company at all.

Pros and cons

Ordered two separate orders. It was at least three to four weeks before the items were even shipped even though they were already paid for.
Customer service I'm not really sure if that is AI but I was very disappointed because they have really really nice stuff but the customer service sucked and why does it take so long for the item to be shipped we ordered this in October for New Year's Eve and just only got one item so far. They should be telling customers that they're shipping things from Hong Kong that may take forever to get here that's a disappointment and I hate to have to not order from them again because I love the things that they have for my husband. the two coats we order still have not arrived although they said the coats will come before the blue jeans suit but they didn't. I hate to be tough on them and I WANT to ask for a refund just because it took so long and because I still don't have the other two items that were ordered when they were ordered in October I think this shipping and customer service department for this company needs a complete overhaul because once people start reading these reviews they're not going to be ordering from you because you guys don't have your stuff together.

Shipping takes over a month / item too small Unable to return

I Ordered a mens casual raw edge demin long sleeve pockets drawstring string hooded jacket / dark blue 2XL Order ID Number 776066-GV00845667 I received my ordered after 4 weeks. I like it and it seems to be good quality, but the jacket is way too small, Instantly I placed an order on Nov 5th, for the same item but 3XL ID Number776066-GV00871593 with another sweater thinking Im going to request a return and get a refund for the one I had already received, but there's no way I can't get return to get a refund now I regretted it that I had placed a second order for over $104,97.
I emailed them i have not hear anything.
If shipping was faster and have a better customer service I would definitely give it a 4 stars.
No customer service, even they say they have a return policy there's no way ypu can return their products and shipping can take over a month.
