This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Really bad experience with my order, which took about two to deliver; and that was after repeated calls/email. The items delivered were , no other way to describe them, were garbage. Nothing like the items on the website. Just made referral to consumer regulatory agency in Maryland. I ordered quite a few items. Worst part, they stop responding to emails once the atrocity is committed

Horrible experience and communication communication

I'm convinced! That the positive reviews about this clothing line on here are completely fake And they paid for positive reviews I believe all the negative experiences are real because I ordered A green blazer from this merchant the beginning of April and now we are in July and I STILL haven't received my order. And every time I contacted the merchant it was a different reason or excuse as to why my order hasn't been received yet. I even asked for my refund multiple times and they didn't respond to that at all

These guys are out to deceive people

These guys are out to deceive people. It has been 6 months since I ordered for a jacket they advertised. Each time I reach out to them, they send a tracking link which appears fake to me. They repeatedly say things like clearing customs, etc . I believe the sequence of events are faked by them. They are a no-go company

Misleading Company

The companies material quality is okay. My issue is the return. They sent me sizes I wear daily and neither fit no where near to tue advertised size. The delayed responses to my return request but were responding to my second order color cusnge due to there website changing the color after checkout. They attempted to provide two options with return, a $41U.S. dollar code to purchase something else or $24 U.S. dollar refund which they are stating 30% refund. 30% of $93 is $27.90. They also mentioned shipping might range at $41 for return. I paid $93 total for my order and it's sad to try to offer me less than 50% or my full amount back and I'm with the 30 return policy window. Do not buy from this company at all.

This was, hands down, one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve ever made online. The item took over two months to arrive, and when it finally did, I was shocked by how poor the quality was. The fabric and stitching were so bad that I couldn’t even use it as a lounge outfit — it went straight to the trash.

The product looked nothing like the photos on their website. The sizing, cut, and overall appearance were completely different and misleading.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return the item, they told me they would only refund 30% of what I paid — after a long and frustrating exchange with their customer service.

If you value your money, time, and expectations, I strongly recommend staying away from Giovonmo. There are far better and more trustworthy places to shop online.

These individuals are scammers

These individuals are scammers; I've read that other people received double orders, similar to what they did to me. They, of course, charged me twice, I was upset so I returned everything and now they won't return my money or respond to my emails.
