Just received my order

We just received in my order from yesterday that my wife order me for my birthday gifts from April 20th 2025 to May 19th 2025. She bought me eight items. Only two items came with Giovanco name tag. One of the items I did not even order it just would replace with another jacket . All the other product was in poor quality nothing like the website. Button falling off thread hanging this poor quality. Just ruined my birthday gifts. We want full refund, I would never purchase from this site ever again

Delayed Shipping and Tracking Information

I have decided to write yet another review about GIOVANCO!
It essentially pertains to the recent one that I wrote, and it concerns an Online Order I placed with them on the 03 May 2025!
The item ordered and "Paid For In Full" is a Men's double breasted jacket which I saw in their 'Sophisticated' Facebook Advertising!
Today is the 19 May 2025, and I have yet to receive any confirmation from them that my order has been shipped or been handed over to a Courier Company for delivery!
I have been in frequent touch with (their so called), Giovanco Support Services and the the only feedback I am receiving from them is asking me to have "PATIENCE" .. that they are working with their WAREHOUSE in trying to expedite my order?
This is highly unusual for any Online Business and let me say that I have been dealing with many over the last few years - without a hitch.
In normal circumstances I receive a communication within the day that my order is being processed and that shipping will be expedited within a day or two (at the latest), with the relevant Tracking Details forwarded.
And then the Courier Company takes over their communications with me.
In this case I have received NOTHING - and I'm beginning to wonder if GIOVANCO IS A SCAM!!!

I HAVE EVERY RIGHT (AS A CUSTOMER) TO COME TO THIS CONCLUSION FROM THE WAY THEY OPERATE!!!
I have made them understand that I will be taking this matter up at a Higher Level and I hope that they will appreciate the fact that I am losing my Patience with them.. because at the end of the day, I do not like being cheated!
So GIOVANCO - if you folks are reading this Review, it's time for you to sit up, take note and dispatch My Order!

Very bad quality

Very bad quality. Bought a pair of linen pants and they started tearing off in multiple places in the very first use. Most reviews on the website are fake.

Shipping took a long time and had to follow up multiple times. Even after that, got the product after nearly 6 weeks.

It doesn’t really matter what Giovanco says..
In a reality it’s a well organized scam/crime.
They have people who are monitoring all reviews and responding with the fake responses.., they also have full time workers who do fake reviews for them.
Don’t bother yourself to send them emails, they have a team for that as well, who will answer you with the different promises and excuses, but all they do is buy time before you will call your credit card to dispute a charge.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
They are not a clothing company, they are scam.

To the giovanco scam team: don’t bother yourself to comment on my message.

A highly dishonest business

A highly dishonest business. As hundreds of other reviews testify, it will take two months or more to get your items. When you do, they probably won't fit; my shirts, supposedly men's mediums and depicted on the website as tailored and form-fitting, are boxy, shapeless, and huge, easily equivalent to size XL. I won't wear them because they look like dresses on me. So, I complained, and I was offered the same terms others have written of: a 50% coupon to re-buy without returning the first purchase or getting any money back on it, a return to China at my expense (not worth the expense or trouble), or a 30% refund in which I keep the items. So, they sell cheap Chinese junk that costs next to nothing to make, render it impossible to return, and still make a nice profit after they give you back 30%. We will see if I actually get the 30% as I requested. Be warned.

NEVER received order after 2 months!

I ordered 3 items on Feb 22. It is now April 17 and these items HAVE NOT ARRIVED!
This company is a scam and referred me to a tracking site that did NOT WORK.
I ordered through PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back after I escalate the case.
Would NEVER buy from this company again and will dissuade others from doing so.
Also going to file a complaint with the FTC.

Terrible item, not as same as advertised, stay away

I ordered from Giovanco in February…

I ordered from Giovanco in February 2025 and was extremely disappointed. The items I received looked nothing like what was advertised on their website, and the sizing was completely off—they didn’t fit at all.

I contacted their customer service to request a return and full refund, but instead of taking responsibility, they offered me either a store voucher or only a 30% refund. I made it clear I was happy to return the items at my own cost, but they still refused to issue a full refund.

This goes against UK Consumer Rights, which clearly state that customers are entitled to a full refund if goods are not as described. The company ignored this and showed no real interest in resolving the issue properly.

Avoid Giovanco if you value transparency, quality, and decent customer support. I regret ordering from them and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order March 21

I placed an order March 21, 2025. I have received no communication about my order and when it will be shipped. There has been no response from the company and I feel like they stole money from me. I wanted the jacket so badly for a special event in April and now have to find something somewhere else. I am so disappointed. I can see that they do the same to others as well. ABSOLUTE TRASH EXPERIENCE

On January 18th,2025 I purchased a green pinstriped blazer for a event on March 16. After a month of no shipping info or even a tracking number I contacted them. They gave me a bs excuse of it being "a popular item and more were being made and mine will be shipped as soon as possible" I had to contact them TWICE for shipping status. The item finally arrived, 10 days past the time I needed it. When I finally got it, I received a POORLY made garment that was what I can only describe as "Spirit of Halloween" quality. Raw stitching on the inside, terrible synthetic blend and the fabric wasn't actually pinstriped material. It was a shitty fabric that had a very fuzzy sublimated print job to mimic the effect. There's no way I'm going to get my money back because at this point it would be too much of a effort and added expense to ship something overseas for what I paid for it. I'm chalking it up as a loss and a lesson I had to pay for. Do not buy from this company unless you like throwing your money away.
