Dopo 2 mesi dall'acqusito nonho ricevuto ne il prodotto ne il rimborso (richiesto) e non rispondono più ai messaggi

Fatto un acquisto il 2 dicembre, dopo quasi due mesi non ho ricevuto ne il prodotto ne il rimborso.

Prima mi comunicano un corriere con un codice, poi (siccome sul tracking non risultava nulla), poi un altro corriere con un altro codice, poi dicono che è colpa del corriere.
A questo punto chiedo il rimborso per cui mi chiedono l'iban.
Passati 19 giorni dalla richiesta di rimborso non ho ricevuto ne il rimborso ne il prodotto e non rispondono più ai miei messaggi !

Sconsigliatissimo!!!
