This store sent me a damage goods i asked them to pick the item up and return my money , they are offering me 30% of my money back , am not sure why they want to keep the other 70 percent. Please avoid this shop

I ordered a jacket early july which looked pretty cool on photo. Its now mid november and not recieved the jacket and the company is not responding to my e-mail. The tracker on the website just says pre sending or similar. Still hoping for the jacket I ordered. Not holding my breath though. Disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Don't buy at this scam company. The clothing is not as it looks like on the pictures. Bad quality. And when you ask for a return you have to send it back yourself, costs like 40$... Do not buy at this company it is a total scam

Poor quality material, poor description, $40 return policy. I really feel duped.

RUN DO NOT WALK!!! I ordered 4 shirts for a friend of mine over 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. When I called they said, they were behind on orders and the shirts should be here in a couple of weeks. They also said they were giving me a discount. NOT!!! That was 3 weeks ago. I have no shirts, no refund discount and no more communication.

Don't buy anything from them. The garment looks nice on the photos but what you get is made of poorest possible quality synthetic fabric, no cotton there at all. They are total scum...

Don’t order anything from this company they are the biggest frauds. They took 8 weeks to send me shirts that weren’t anything close to what I ordered they were straight knock offs.

they send you the wrong item on purpose and then say we will give you 20% off another item or send it back for a replacement, the problem is it costs $40 to send back a shirt that was only $30......scammers dont use

They suck, buyers beware. The customer service will not ansewer the phone or return messages. When going to their web site and enter the order#, it states the same thing “order is being processed” for over a week now. I’m retired so I will spend the next three days doing noting but contacting every consumer protect agencies and writing bad comments about this company.

They wont accept returns, so it cost me 110 USD + 10 USD for return from Denmark!

Sizes dosent fit at all, so use another plaze to bye clothes.

I also had a bad experience with Giovoss i bought a jacket on the 12 July 2018 hoping to wear it at a wedding ceremony on the 18 August 2018, two month later i haven't receive the package when i try to log in and track my order their system rejects the order number. It's almost 4 months and sitting and waiting in dismay, i did sent an email however i couldn't get any support i was only told that my package is in transit and now i'm very despondent.

The product delivered has one sleeve 3” longer than the other.

They do not respond to requests for refund or replacements.

The seller is an intermediary from the manufacturer. The manufacturer delivers the product.

Is there any costumer service?

Quality of products is poor, sizes are wrong, one item was disrupted, very poor chance to get contact and possibilities to send back are expensive.

Spend your money somewhere else.

I, as a customer, was very disappointed with the company and it's customer service. I feel scammed by their return policy (or lack of one). I have never encountered a process on-line that is so unfriendly that I have resolved to never buy their products again and will warn others from doing so. They make it very clear that in essence all sales are final whether the customer likes it or not. They pretend to have a return policy but actively discourage that effort. Their approach to the customer is to just “eat” any problems and offer a 25% discount for more uncertain and likely unsatisfactory purchases. Add to that their company is in China and they insist that you return the product at your expense. (At least another $40.) A word to the wise...take your money elsewhere and warn others to do the same.

I have never done this but please please please don't spend your money here!!!! I ordered a shoe from the site it arrived in less than ten days but the quality was TERRIBLE!!!!! I knew something was off the moment i saw the package it was in! I wear a size 11 and the package was not much bigger than a hamburger box! On opening the package, I found the shoe folded and squeezed into the box. I immediately noticed that the quality of the material was way below standard. Even if i wanted to wear this shoe it would have probably lasted 10 minutes, thats how bad the material was. On further inspection of the shoe i removed the sole and found a hole in the bottom covered with a piece of cardboard and kept in place with a string!!! I am not exaggerating this is the truth. The rubber bottom is vey thin and would not stand up to 20 minutes of wearing. I might not get my money back and I will chalk it up to lesson learned. But I beg you please do not shop from this site, They got me because it is listed as a Florida business but as soon as I saw DHL as the carrier I knew it was a cheap unscrupulous Chinese business.

I order a t shirt about 3 months ago and i haven't receive it yet.
I ve tried to contact them but its coming the same automatic answer all the time.

I order XL shirt and it's 2 sizes smaller, so now I need to return it and they want me to return it to China at my cost, which is more than half the price of shirt. Horrible return policy and fraudulent, so don't buy anything from them.

Terrible Experience. No email, no ability to speak with someone, just dead air. Block them on Twitter and FB...do not order from this scam outfit.

I ordered a jacket in the wrong size and emailed the company immediately after to inform them of this. They never replied to me until after 3 days to then tell me they have just shipped the item and if it doesn't fit I'll have to return it. The item arrived and it was torn with a massive hole on the inside of the Jacket. I returned the item which cost me £20 which the company are refusing to refund back as they "dont cover refund costs". I have tried escalating a complaint with the company for 8 months now and they have stopped replying to my emails and are blatantly ignoring me. Stay away from this company at all costs

Scam company, no reply to emails, received my order after one and half months, and wrong item, order navy received black, too low-quality products, size is not the standard uk size.
