Can’t fault from start to finish!

I originally started this process with another company, which didn’t help me at all and when speaking to them, weren’t that friendly and they made me feel bad about doing this whole process.

I decided to start fresh with giraffe money and I’m so happy I did! I felt at ease and understood everything so much more! No question was a stupid question! And Darren was amazing! I can’t thank him enough! Any queries I had, he was always there to answer them for me at any time!

A massive weight has been lifted, and I have giraffe money to thank for that!

After a nightmare of spiralling debt and companies giving me the run around in contacted giraffe money as a mate applied for an IVA through them and I got into contact with Darren who was brilliant the whole way through! Pure professional and someone that truly cares about the companies clients. He contacted the debt companies on my behalf and finally have things in place to start turning my life around. Have nothing but great things to say about Giraffe money and their staff! Will definitely be recommending them to everyone. If ever you are struggling with debt giraffe money are the ones to contact!

I came to Giraffe money when I was struggling with my finances. Darren was great throughout the process, he explained everything to me and did the documentation promptly. I didn't have to go through getting the IVA due to personal luck but I would completely recommend giraffe money to anyone struggling with their finances. The monthly payments are very reasonable and the service is superb.

The whole process from start to finish was very easy with the help of Darren and Martyn. Very knowledgeable and friendly team.

I felt like I was trapped by my debts but not any more thanks to Darren, Martyn and the Giraffe team! I will be forever grateful to them all! I can sleep at night again now.

Just want to start by saying thank you to everyone at giraffe money. I have been in debt for about 15 years been having suicidal thoughts over my debt because the pressure it was bringing on my family. I Contacted giraffe explained my situation and talked about everything. I was met with the best advice I’ve ever had and now getting my life back in order without this debt crippling me. I really don’t know what to say other than thank your for saving my life.
