Very professional and timely service. My sincere thanks to Mr. Natarajan sir for taking the efforts to deliver the parcel to Ireland. All the golu bommais were perfectly packed and promptly delivered. Seeing GIRI outside of India is always heart warming. Kudos to GIRI UK for giving the same experience as GIRI store in Mylapore. Pleasant experience overall.

Good - stock management to improve
The order was overall great but I ordered a saffron clothed Sai baba and received a white one. I ordered a gunghroo and was refunded saying the product was out of stock. Customer service is great but stock management needs improvement.
