Placed an order for 2 hoodies. Material is poor. Pocket on one of the hoodies completely wonky. Bad quality. Seams are faulty with cotton ends hanging everywhere. Label sticking out of the bottom of both hoodies.
Very expensive for what you get compared to other well known brands.
Items being returned.
Will not buy again

The quality of these clothes is terrible. I live in the USA and wanted to return, but it’s not worth it. The cost to return items was more than half the cost of the items. Very dissatisfied and I will not ever order from this company again.

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to do so because of how pleased I am with my purchase. I bought hoodie & jogger set from the new premium collection which has their embroidered logo on the sleeve and jogger edges; I love it! It’s the most snug, soft fabric with a gorgeous fluffy lining, so beautifully warm (but not sweaty) The embroidered logo details are a lovely touch. I live in loungewear jogger sets and have to say the quality of this one is far superb, feels a lot more expensive than it was. I’m tall at 5’11 and was worried the length might come short but no, it’s perfect. The hood on the hoodie isn’t floppy either, like cheap alternatives, it sits around your neck and holds its shape. The new premium collection gets five stars from me!

I ordered a T-Shirt from Girl Knows All in summer and the quality was great so I decided to buy from them again. This time a hoodie. However the quality is extremely poor and the item is too expensive to return. I also was charged import fees when I received the parcel which I didn‘t had to pay the first time I ordered.

I’ve bought several items from Girl Knows All now and I’m always happy with my purchase.
Items are reasonably priced and delivery is quick.

I have not received anything so cannot rate at this time.

Got my order wrong and trying to email them back and haven’t heard nothing ?

Speedy service and very good quality T-shirt

Quality is ok for the price, not washed yet. I would like to exchange for a different size but will stick with what I have as I do not want to have to pay for the return which is annoying.

Terrible over a week and order not received although it says delivered and I have contacted this company by email twice and no response?

I ordered a tracksuit and the pants came ridiculously big and I am 5’8… before returning I emailed customer service about having the smaller size in stock so I could exchange they first ignored my email so I sent a follow up and was advised the smaller size would be available for exchange… so I sent back my item then like 3 weeks later was advised I would receive a credit note so I now have half a tracksuit, no refund and a credit note that doesn’t match the price of any items available so I have no choice but to spend more
