This company is a scam. I placed an order in March 2024 for the weekender bag. I ever received the order,and despite many emails,it has been complete silence from this place. They still have my money,and I've got NOTHING!!!!

I've been waiting for my products since February with no response. At some point I received a fake tracking number and I kept getting errors. The last response was months ago and I was told that my packages were on the way. I still have not received my items. This is a scam and I could kick myself for even believing it was legit. RUN FAR AWAY!!! I'm glad I didn't spend more than I did.
Stay away! They are a scam. I placed a order back in February 2024 and never did receive my order and the tracking # didn't exist. Stay away!!

Ordered 4 weekender garment duffel bags on Feb 16. I have requested an update with the bogus shipping tracking number and got a generic reply. Since have requested a full refund and now when I click on the “view order” or “visit our store” and get an error. I wish I would’ve came here first. 2 good 2 be true.

Couldn't give 0 stars, I was scammed through Girluxe and now I'm not receiving any responses. Ordered 2 bags through tik tok in Feb '24 it's April and still have not received and now the email doesn't work. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!!
Original order was delivered to an address in Texas. I'm in Pennsylvania. Customer service said they were shipping a replacement. It's a month later ( they said 8-14 days for delivery) and I've had no package, no tracking information, and a complete run around from customer service. I've requested they refund me and they say they can't because the item has been shipped. If it's shipped then why can't they provide tracking? Scam.
Complete scam - never received item and their support network has been absolute trash.
I ordered a bag from them at the end of February, and I still have not received it. I reached out to them and I got the same response from different people. At this point, I just want my money back. They didn't even offer me another bag with express shipping or anything.
