I was so pleased with my first order from Gish, that I ordered more. The quality is excellent. Hi Diana,
We would like to apologize for you not receiving your package on time, even though we did everything in our power to get it to you as fast as possible. You ordered on the 4th November in the evening, a Wednesday. We have prepared your shipment on Thursday and scheduled the shipment with UPS right after 4 PM, as per our advertised practices.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with UPS where the driver didn't show up to pick up your package neither on Friday nor on Monday. We have contacted them on both days, and they have failed to properly organize the pickup, despite telling us the driver would show up.
The package was effectively picked up on Tuesday afternoon, November 10th, and should be with you by Monday, the 16th of November. UPS had promised us a 24h delivery, but due to the effects of the pandemic, there have been delays.
While we advertise next-day delivery, it is only to addresses in Belgium, as stated in our shipping information page. You ordered from France, where our delivery times are 2-5 business days, but unfortunately due to the unpredictable nature of courier services during the second wave of this global pandemic, our partner UPS has failed to uphold their promises, and you will receive your delivery on the 7th business day after you ordered.
We kindly request you to please contact our customer service to resolve any further problems with your order, as every review on Trustpilot counts for a small business like us. We hope you would be willing to revisit your score after receiving this reply.

Watercolor palette.
I was searching for a watercolor palette. Since I was following Gish Art on social media I went to their site. The description of the product and the swatches was really helpful for choosing. My package came in time. I purchage it on the weekend, it arrive at the end of the next week. I liked the cute packaging.

Not reliable delivery
The watercolours I've ordered did not arrive (apparently failure of Bpost). Alex from Gish kindly offered me personal delivery of a new watercolour set but for this, I had to make the second order, with which I was not quite pleased (the fact that I had to pay twice annoyed me but the overall gesture of Gish shop was nice). Eventually, Gish shop made a full refund and I can rise my one-star feedback to three stars.
Update on 20.08.2020: Watercolours arrived 22 days after ordering. I am rising my feedback one more time. Trust in Gish shop restored. But the delivery company can be changed to UPS and DHL.

We have offered to bring you a replacement watercolor kit personally to your door due to the problems with your delivery, but you kindly refused. We have contacted the courier service of bPost which have started a dossier with number 1-29778038602 to locate the package. I don't know what else we could have done in this instance.
We have contacted bPost this morning and they are providing a refund of the shipping costs. We will extend that to a full refund for your order. If you order again I'll make sure to bring it to you myself.
