This is unfair and an abusive practice throughout!
This is regarding their service. Bought 2 ties on sale. I went to return 1 (they don’t offer paid postage) and was told they don’t accept items bought on sale. Nowhere during the process was it mentioned the way other retailers do. Instead I was informed this is on their policy page. Absolutely unacceptable practice. Shipping was over a week for 2 ties. I’d skip this brand as they don’t act in good faith.
They have a terrible return policy. They make the customer pay for returns. On top of this, their website is misleading about returns. Their return section says we will happily take a return within 30 days and under their FAQs they say customers are responsible for shipping returns.
Horrible quality. Shirts rip apart by just looking at them.
