Item never delivered...

After sending back a jumper with the request that a smaller size be returned, I never received my item. After speaking to customer support over instagram they reassured me that my order had just been missed and they would send one right away. Now months after my original order I have not received my order and my requests for a refund have gone ignored. I was patient for so long as customer support blamed hermes for my wait but it seems clear now that I won't ever receive my order and probably not get a refund.

I'm so annoyed..

I'm so annoyed... I bought a pair of jeans for my other half I payed for 2-4days delivery time only to not be given any posted updates. I've contacted the seller got through twice only to be told my order has been shipped with Hermes. They don't have the shipping information at hand. Its been 9 days since I've made the purchase and still no delivery. I've since requested a refund through my PayPal account.

Balancing out the books

Dear Reader, just a few things to keep in mind:
Jamie Price rated 5 star twice
Shaun Fletcher rated 5 star twice
Liam Watling rated 5 star four times
Forrest rated 5 star four times
There are a few other duplicate reviews and some very questionable profiles at work here.
I personally do not believe it’s fair to manipulate a review system, then show off the rating and lure customers into a false sense of security.
It’s fraudulent and misleading but above all else it’s outright corner cutting.
Is this really the best way to do business? It makes me question the morals and ethics of the brand. Does not bode well at all...

We are very disheartened to read this review, especially with the hard work our team puts in to making every customers experience the best we can offer.

These are customers who have returned to us to purchase items more than once. Once an item has been purchased they are automatically sent a link to leave a review whether they have bought from us before or not.

In this case, they will have recieved another link when they have purchased for a second or third time and liked the service, brand etc and feel like they will leave feedback for that experience.

All reviews are honest, trustpilot ensure reviews are only created by our paying customers. It's our amazing customers who have helped us develop as a brand.

Sweatshirt is a good fit

First discovered this shop at York Outlet with my son who bought an hoodie. He had good comments from his uni mates about it so I decided to get him a sweatshirt. Fits well and true to size.

Bought a really nice jumper

Bought a really nice jumper. Only blemish for me was a little tag which said “raised in the jungle” on the sleeve. Nothing major but would be flawless if it never had it, in my opinion

Great and instant customer service when…

Great and instant customer service when I asked where my product was due to Christmas postage timings. High quality clothing at a good price. Good sizing too, true to size.

Perfection from start to finish.

Start to finish the best service I have ever received from a company!
I had messaged the Instagram page with all my queries and they gave me a quick response and went the extra mile to help! Unfortunately the item I received wasn’t the right size so I returned the item and messaged the page to say I had done so, and explained i would re order the correct size and they helped me with an exchange straight away. They really couldn’t have been more helpful!
So Thank you!!

To mention the quality of the product is perfect. The badging on it is clean and subtle and gives a nice finish! Will definitely be ordering more from here.

5* for everything!

We are concerned and disappointed having read your comments regarding your recent purchase. Your order had been dispatched immediately via Royal Mail sent in good faith, as delivery with them has previously been reliable. When you initially informed us on 15/12/20 that your order had not arrived we were, by then, aware of the nationwide delays with Royal Mail and advised you as such. We telephoned you on 21/12/20 to follow this up and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered to send a replacement order out the next day by 24hr courier service which was received by you on 23/12/20 in time for Christmas. Following this, Royal Mail confirmed that your original order had been received and signed for on the 19/12/20.

Since dispatching the subsequent order, we received an email from you on the 22/12/20 expressing your dissatisfaction and requesting a refund. We contacted you immediately to advise that, once the item is returned, a refund will be honoured.

We are still awaiting receipt of any item you wish to return.
