Ordered 3 bags on sale

Ordered 3 bags on sale. Got shipping notices. Now UPS cannot find them. I have emailed the company 3 times and no response. What gives. They were responsive about product question, but not this. Not a good thing. How do I either get the bags or a refund. Hoping no to have to dispute through my CC company. PLease resond

It’s not leather

It’s not leather, smell terribly and it’s not looking anything like it’s presented online

These bags look like fake leather

These bags look like fake leather. I can’t return and get my money back because their telephone number on the charge is always busy!!! They won’t answer! I got ripped off for 400.00 dollars !! I’m so mad! I’m going to call States attorney office this site is fraud!!

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify a few important points for transparency. First, we are a legitimate U.S. based business. Our customer support is handled exclusively via email, which allows us to keep clear records and resolve issues properly. The phone number that may appear on a card statement is not a customer support line and is not listed anywhere on our website for that reason.

When an order is placed, customers receive multiple emails from us (order confirmation, shipping updates, delivery confirmation, and follow-ups). Any of those emails can be replied to directly to request a return or refund. In addition, our return and refund policies are clearly displayed in the site footer, on product pages in the FAQ section, and again during checkout. We also send a post-purchase review email, which is another opportunity to contact us.

We have not received a return request or email from you, which is required to initiate a refund. We are always happy to assist once contacted through the proper channel.

Regarding the product itself, all of our bags are made from 100% real full grain leather only. No binders, no synthetics, no imitation materials. We have full documentation and verification to support this, as well as thousands of verified customer reviews on the Judge.me platform from customers who love both the product quality and our support.

Making public accusations of fraud without first contacting us through the clearly provided channels is unfortunate and not reflective of how we operate. That said, we remain fully open to resolving this properly. Please reply to one of our emails so we can assist you.
