We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify a few important points for transparency. First, we are a legitimate U.S. based business. Our customer support is handled exclusively via email, which allows us to keep clear records and resolve issues properly. The phone number that may appear on a card statement is not a customer support line and is not listed anywhere on our website for that reason.
When an order is placed, customers receive multiple emails from us (order confirmation, shipping updates, delivery confirmation, and follow-ups). Any of those emails can be replied to directly to request a return or refund. In addition, our return and refund policies are clearly displayed in the site footer, on product pages in the FAQ section, and again during checkout. We also send a post-purchase review email, which is another opportunity to contact us.
We have not received a return request or email from you, which is required to initiate a refund. We are always happy to assist once contacted through the proper channel.
Regarding the product itself, all of our bags are made from 100% real full grain leather only. No binders, no synthetics, no imitation materials.
