Excellent program and support
I've been running GiveWP on two donation sites for the last five years and I love the program - but what's even better is the customer support. They get right back to me with answers that work. They're also very cheerful and seem to like what they're doing. I highly recommend GiveWP

Understood impact on our site
Overnight responses, due to the to the time diffs, but resolved the issue in a timely manner. Understood we had a production site that became unable to take donations due to the app failure. (Should never have happened, but that was product conflict with other services in a WordPress installation - not unusual.)

Outstanding customer service!
Alex was a huge help in getting my form up and running. Even going in without having seen my form, he looked at my error code and was able to diagnose the problem and offer the solution. He has helped me with other problems too, not giving up until we fix it! It is so nice to work with an actual human to get help rather than a bot and as a non-profit organization, it is very helpful that it doesn't cost a minor fortune either. Highly recommend GiveWP!
