Bought Forza Horizon 3 for the xbox that was refunded by someone 3 times leaving me with no game. After weeks upon weeks of back-and-forth emails GK agrees to give me a voucher for the amount.

The voucher can only be redeemed against Xbox One game accounts (no Live cards or PS4 games), but guess what... GK now DOES NOT SELL ANY XBOX GAMES.

So, I'm left with a worthless £32 voucher that can't be redeemed, and the company simply will not reply to my emails or even begin to help.

As you can see they won't even reply here, as they KNOW they are in the wrong and hope no-one will read this. Basically, I've been ripped off and mugged for £32, and if you think this company won't do it TO YOU, well, you may be mistaken.

Plenty of positive reviews here too as you can see, but GK will give away free Steam IDs for reviews, so read between the lines there!!

Please, don't even bother parting with your hard earned cash, this morally bankrupt and rogue company should be avoided.

You know what, keep the voucher. It's yours. Well done, you scammed me for £32 and got away with it. It's xmas time, I've got a nice job and a lovely family, and it takes a special kind of deceitfulness and nastiness that makes money from stealing off others. So it's all yours....

I have never in my life been asked for a photo of my ID on any other key shop and this too me is very worrying, if i have paid through paypal and the transaction has gone through, that should be the end of it and i should have my game, which i still don't have by the way, I will try to get a refund from their slow support team and then go elsewhere if my key doesn't turn up without me shelling out where i live.

UPDATE:
I asked for the order to be completed without sharing personal information or for a full refund through their support centre and paypal and now have the game... Still a little wary will probably steer clear.

Reliable and trustworthy service ... I had a some kind of special key and therefore it was very good and professional to be able to contact via electronic media.

The key is proper installed and working ... all good ... happy holidays!

after 2 days i get a invalid key

Had a great experience using this site, products are priced fair! Ordered my game and with all the great easy to pay methods all went super fast and easy.
Got my key immediately delivered, using steam all worked fine!

It says the code is shipped, but no code received not by mail or on my account on their site. I have written 2 mails to them now, and still no answer here efter 27 hours

Very good prices and low fee for paying with paypal. A little slow on delivering the codes (6 hours). Will buy from them again.

I bought two copies of Borderlands Pre-sequel recently (for me and a friend to co-op with) one from G?A.com and one from GK4.ME (this site), I paid ~50% less for the game here. This was 80% off Steam's retail price from the Steam Store.

However, the steam key is not instantly delivered, there is a delay between 5 minutes and 24 hours. (I believe that 5 mins - 30 mins is the intention). I did send them an email querying the time frame and in turn received a very polite email back with my STEAM code which worked flawlessly.

In future, if I want a steam key to activate almost instantly then I will contact them in advance. But I am very happy to wait for keys that are significantly cheaper than other online Steam key outlets.

My experience was very positive and I will shop here again.

Had to wait 15 hours before i even received a cd-key, finally it arrived and i tried to activate it and i got the message cd key has already been used.............

Got a reply from their customer service : We have put in a complaint Battlefield 1 and now wejust have to wait for the answer from the producer.

Now more then 24 hours later since i purchased, still waiting to receive a valid cd-key.

The live chat option on their website doesn't even work it keeps me in que between nr 16 till 24. (how can you go up in que while have been waiting for hours). Until now very frustrated about this all.

Seriously, i have send everything you asked for, screenshots everything, your customer support replied with.

The name of the customer support person was Jan.
This is not the way you should treat your customers, really agitated because of this reply you posted now cause you obviously did not check the tickets that are open or mail between me and your customer support.

Almost 48 hours now and still didnt receive a working cd key.

Customer support mailed me that new working keys would be available friday 23-12-2016 and that i had to mail them to remind that they send me a new working cd key. Its 20:46 now friday 23-12-2016 have posted several times to ask where my cd key is and getting no response at all.

Don't know what to think about this, but my patience is almost done.

Easy and good to handle, but it took more than 1 hour to get the key via Mail...

I bought my key and in the next day in deliverd and it dont works!!!

I bought bf1 and been waiting for about 9hrs but still no key. I tried doing their live support and been waiting there for over 8hrs. They don't really say one the site of when they are operating. I had to make a ticket before I was given my key. They might be a few dollars cheaper but you will have to wait about 9+ hours before you will get your key. Last time I buy something before massively researching the company even if it was recommended from a trusted key search site. Their company is like a key site from 2009.

Purchased the key for less than 1/3 the price of steam and was downloading it from steam within an hour.

I bought Dark Souls 3 yesterday, and also submitted "verification" and the game still hasn't been sent yet.
If I do not receive the game soon, I will be contacting PayPal and opening a dispute for my money back.

I will edit this review as updates become available.

HOUR 36: Still haven't received any emails or the code.

HOUR 52: Received a reply from them with absolute non-sense, asking me send all needed information. I have already emailed their support and also sent them verification, both emails still haven't been replied to.

All tickets submitted through their "support" haven't been replied to as well, I have opened up a dispute on PayPal, and surprise surprise, no reply as well.

More than 12 hour for a 10$ game, it's long.
I still don't have it..

The key I bought was delivered in a matter of minutes and it had the cheaper price you could find on the Internet.
