I came for ice cream rolls. I left emotionally attached to a couple named Jai and Viral (herein referred to as Jiral), who expertly rolled my ice cream like they were performing delicate surgery.

First off, watching them make the ice cream rolls is half the experience. They pour liquid ice cream onto a freezing slab, hack at it like a furious sculptor, then roll it up like a tiny dairy burrito. It’s mesmerising. I swear I lost ten minutes just staring, drooling slightly, while Jiral made intense eye contact and told me, “This is where the magic happens.” I’ve never felt so vulnerable.

The flavours? Wild. "Salted Caramel Crisis" tasted like sweet regret. "Matcha Daddy" made me feel sophisticated and slightly unworthy. "Berry Bad Decisions" was uncomfortably accurate. I went for "Cookie Dough Chaos," which, true to its name, nearly ended my diet and my dignity.

The texture? Creamy, smooth, and rolled tighter than my last tax return. You get these perfect little spirals stacked in a cup, looking so fancy you almost don’t want to eat them—until you do, and suddenly you’re in a committed relationship with dairy.

Overall, you must book Glacier Rolls for your next event. Whether you’re here for the ice cream, the performance, or just to watch Jiral work their magic, you won’t leave disappointed—unless you’re lactose intolerant. In that case, may God have mercy on your soul.

Met the guys at a wedding expo and loved the idea! So decided to book them for a pre wedding party and what a hit it was for our guest!! Everyone was raving on for months after the event! The team we very accommodating and friendly, the ice cream was delicious and had flavours we never thought would come as an ice cream flavour! Would I book them again, yes yes yes!!

Attended a family wedding and saw the set up for glacier rolls, looked instantly tempting soon as I saw someone else eating away after their one was ready. I thought I have to give it a try. So I picked the pistachio flavour, one of my personal favourites. From my experience some ice cream places serve it bog standard but soon, but as they starting making it l, felt like I was one of those fancy restaurants where they make it fresh at your table for you. The end result creamy full of flavour and left me wanting more so had to go in for another round and skip my dinner. Grabbed their business card and booked them in for a future event. Highly recommend them to anyone for all occasions.
