I initially sent over 2 PPI enquiries to Gladstone, the first was dealt with quickly, hence the 2 stars, however the 2nd one has been a complete nightmare, they don't contact you, they cant answer your questions, they put you through to the department,

Definitely recommended did all the hard work and gained me a very reasonable amount from mis sold ppi

Usual corporate approach.
Although one claim was 'successful', as soon as they received their fee, other claims were dismissed.
Strange approach.

Really quick turnaround on completion of paper work to hving the refund bk really impressed the fee seems to be a standard fee who ever u use of 24 percent if the claim is successful

Pleasantly surprised. I’d been a bit wary of PPI companies as many have a bad rep but Gladstone Brooke’s were really good, very helpful, easy to get through to when I needed to and clear communication. And they did exactly what they said and found me money, many thanks!

I was more than happy with Gladstone Brookes, they did what they said and advertised, there were no hidden admin costs unlike some companies. There is the usual 20% fee but this was clearly advertised and explained during a phone call. I had the overpaid PPI paid really quickly and during the process these guys were really approachable and helpful. I would deffo recommend them x

If I could of have gave it 0 stars I would have. Lost my claims form and shut my account without telling me. Then told me they dont look into the company I was claiming my ppi back from anymore I'd have to go else where. Leaving me just 14 days to try and find someone else before the dead line.

Yes l got a bit of money back, but my goodness the hassle you have to go through to get it. Phone calls, texts messages and emails, all the time. They send letters for you to sign, you sign them and send them back, then you get emails and texts messages asking for them back!! They never receive them. EVER!!! More hassle than its worth in my case!

Never expected the results achieved by Gladstone Brookes. First class communications all the way and two substantial payouts where we were unaware we had PPI. If you are not confident enough to go direct (or you have been turned down previously) then GB is the one to go to. Delighted to pay their fees.
