I had ordered a massager on 12 aug till date no response. It was prepaid. Never order on such online site. Only amazon is best and authentic

processing was very slow (three weeks) and when the jacket arrived, it was 100% synthetic despite the description saying it was "cotton".

update: I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got a full refund. The vendor changed the description of the garment to say that it's synthetic, but there's still nothing about how the pockets are sewn shut and there are no care instructions, among other things.

This company is terrible. A scam site. Charged card, never received!

I would give a zero. Stole my money. Charged me and never sent my order and now I can't contact them. TOTAL SCAM!!@

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a scam website. Luckily, I used PayPal so they are now battling with them for my money to be refunded. PayPal said they’ll likely never allow anyone to use PayPal on their site again, so that’s a win at least. Do not buy from here! They never sent my items but when PayPal escalated my claim, they sent me fraudulent tracking numbers and scam websites to “track” my items. None are real. I feel so silly because I never allow myself to do this but it’s a good reminder of why we should use third party payments like PayPal when shopping online so they can fight for us to get a refund.

It is fake company with the worst quality goods.. Never should one buy from this site this is a scam site, the bras they sent are wise than footpath quality ugggh

Fake company never buy , even after COD they did not let me open the package before .... I lost 3099 Rs and received superdry branding bag which is so stupid and fake ...... Aholes don't even have a proper website and stuff..... Scamsters

Fake website and bad experience.Ordered for a another product ( Nova) mentioned as convertible duffel bag with wheels and get something in the brand name mentioned as Superdry... What is this company. Cheating customers.

Fake website, fake product, no customer support, this website is new level of scam. I reported complain on "National consumer Helpline" request everyone to report the same.

Big big mistake to buy product from this site, received wrong product unable to return as well ,

ordered the much advertised dufflebag with wheels. Received a fake "Superdry" branded bag without a handle or wheels.
When I went to the contact us page on their website that's when I realized the whole thing was a scam! Upon further research I realized that this website has been running such a scam operation for a long time.
Im just glad I opted for Cash on delivery - otherwise I dont think I would have even received this!

I ordered much advertised Nova duffle garment bag 48inch. Luckily I chose COD otherwise I would have lost Rs. 2900. I was expecting a firm box or a big packet carrying duffle bag with trolly. The courier brought a flimsy small packet of about 12inches. I did not accept the packet and instantly asked delivery boy to cancel the order and get me the OTP to confirm cancellation. The packet was bit torn and inside I could see crushed bag may be costing about Rs. 100-200. So be aware this is s fake website. They are not selling products that they are advertising. According to my experience do not get enticed by their fabulous video sales pitches on Facebook.

This is a scam and fraud company. I ordered peice of luggage, after following up for 1 month, they sent a substandard, sample incorrect product. No one from the store is accessible or communicates. Stay away. its fraud enterprise

This company is a scam. I purchased a cardigan and never received it. I went through PayPal and Glamcloth refunded me my money.

No one should ever do business with this company. They are ripoffs. Shoddy clothing that looks nothing like this pictures. I got one that was damaged and in order to return it, it must be sent to China at the cost of $24!! Don't think you will be ok by using PayPal either. I am out almost $50 and PayPal Purchase Protection is not helping me. Don't ever buy from this scam of a company.

Horrible material, incorrect size chart and ridiculous customer service in terms of trying to return items. I am still in email discussion with them to return $89.00 worth of products (my bad) that were either all too small or just plain shoddy material. Their last offer? "how about we give you $6.00 of compensation and you give items to friends or thrift stores?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I'm trying to figure out how to report them to the better business bureau because these folks need to be shut down!

It’s a shame that you have to rate this company with at least one star to leave a review, because they certainly don’t deserve one. My bad, should have checked them out. Received one out of four items after six weeks. That was a week ago. The tracking numbers don’t match USPS. This is an absolute scam. I’ll take my loss and embarrassment if I can save someone else from doing the same.
