I am quite bewildered and no doubt you will be.

A booking was made by me with GlamDeva for 2/11/23 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham, Cirencester Road, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham GL53 8EA. I was told, via email, that Rayma Chanel was booked to come out to me. I rang her a week beforehand, just to confirm. She said that she had not been contacted about this booking by GlamDeva and that this was not the first time this had happened. She promised she would make the appointment. She did not turn up on the day.

I complained to GlamDeva about the fact that Rayma had not turned up, but had sent a very young girl instead [about 16 years old] !!! She said she was Rayma's niece. Her make-up box was filthy as we're her brushes etc. I was horrified and opted to use my own. She didn't have a clue how to put make-up on, so I paid her the remaining £80 and asked her to leave. I then proceeded to remove the make-up and start again. It spoiled the day and at my expense.

Although GlamDeva gave me a refund of £16.50 for my deposit, I wanted Rayma to answer for not turning up for the appointment.

She said she knew nothing about my appointment and did not have a niece!!!

I explained all of this to GlamDeva, with written evidence, but they are just ignoring my emails now. I do not know whether Rayma Chanel is lying, or GlamDeva.

Please explain why Rayma is denying this booking or why you may be using her details falsely. I do not know who to believe anymore!!! I will find out however.

The telephone number I rang when I contacted Rayma a week prior to the appointment, is the number belonging to Rayma Chanel, GlamDeva gave to me, via email, should I need to contact her. This number is exactly the same as the one she uses on Facebook!!!

I do not trust GlamDeva and will never use them again. For this one hour appointment, I was charged £96.50, horrendous !!! especially as they/or Rayma had sent a teenager out to me.

I will continue to pass all this information on to others, in case their special day is ruined too. Absolutely disgraceful company.

Perhaps GlamDeva would like to address this review.

Good Service, cooperative staff and branded products used by company.

Absolutely awful. Booked a make up artist for myself and a friend. Paid the deposit received confirmation. No one turned up. Made several calls and emails and WhatsApp messages . Eventually got a call from the make up artist who couldn't have been nicer but arrived 2 hours later than we had booked which in turn made us late for our event again not her fault at all our booking had not been passed on to her. Had a phone call from Glamdeva EVENTUALLY but no apology just said well yes it was our mistake but she is on her way now. Don't use them they are completely useless and never apologised.

Cannot express how amazing the quality is in every item I’ve purchased from Glam Diva, The delivery time was super fast & I can honestly say everything I’ve bought has fitted perfect & hasn’t worn out at all!

Ordered a few items from Glam Diva. Loved that much i have now started working with them. The clothing is great quality, affordable and customer service is fab! Would highly recommend!!
