Absolute scam do not buy from this website ordered a dress and when it came it would not have fitted a child!!! As with other reviews they asked for photos which I sent and they came back to say there sizing is different and whilst I ordered what they said was my size in U.K. sizing it was not which they agreed but said it was my fault!!

This company is absolutely a ripoff. I ordered a dress based the size off my measurements and even went up a size just in case the measurements were odd. Dress came and it’s too big in the chest with a lot of padding. It would cost me more to have it altered than what I paid for the dress. I asked to return it and they first asked for pictures of my measurements while the tape measure was on me. Pics of the dress and packaging etc. I sent to pics showing myself in the dress. They sent me back a measurement guide and asked if I went by it. They offered me a 15% refund and I keep the dress or a 30% off another item. What? No I paid over $150 for the dress and shipping and I don’t want to keep the dress I want my money back. I had to go to my credit card company because Glamlora was not going to give me a refund. How sad is that?

I had to give one star to give review. They make it impossible to return. I did not feel comfortable because of material and do not want to wear it! I then packaged it back up to return and contacted them. They then sent email telling me to send measurements and pictures of me wearing it to verify that it doesn’t fit. I’m NOT sending pictures of me wearing it. After that they sent an email that they could not accept return because of my address. The SAME EXACT address it was sent to! Contacting bank to dispute.

No stars! Bought for my son’s wedding and didn’t read the reviews before hand. All I can say is all the reviews on trust pilot are true in every single detail. I have now involved PayPal who are assisting me with the refund. I am following through with the return to china just to make a point that they WILL take it back as a matter of principle . PayPal have been great and I have already had the amount of my refund confirmed by PayPal as soon as I send the tracking info. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY SCAM YOU!

What a company asks, when you want to send a clothing item back (totally within your consumer rights) for photos of you dressed in the item. That is just weird. Can you imagine Next doing this. I don’t think so
Then when reminding them of my consumer rights, they send the exact same reply for the third time, bad bad bad people

How horrendous is this company, paid £100 for a dress you should see what arrived, pure rubbish nothing like the one ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

This site says it allows returns and refunds but I have been trying to get them to send me a return label and they are ignoring my email so time can run out. The dress I was trying to return was too big so I was trying to return it I even ordered another one a size smaller but they are not sending the return label. Beware even though they say the accept returns they do not. They will ignore you or give you the run around

Never buy anything here. They jerk you around on returns. Nothing wrong with my dress, just wasn’t right for the occasion. I was fine paying return shipping but they sent email after email offering me minimal refund if I kept the dress. Acted like they were doing me a favor.

If I could give them no stars I would. Customer service is a joke. I have been trying to return a dress that I didn't even open and it has been painful to communicate with their customer service and get approval. They wanted all kinds of pictures Their latest offer was to give me 10% off the dress if I keep it. I don't want it!!!

This company is a joke. The dresses were hideous. Not even close to the measurements they claim. Material is horrendous. Looks nothing like the pictures.
Then, try to return. What a scam. They basically want your first born child as collateral. This is a total scam website and I am ashamed I did not do my research.
I will donate to a woman's shelter although they may discard them as they are so terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Extremely upset and disappointed with this company . Ordered a dress which looked nothing liked the picture. Material and colour was nothing like the website image. Paid substantial amount for shopping. Tried to return it and they are refusing to accept a return after explaining this to them . I will never be ordering from this site again. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT use this company! They are SCAM artists! SAVE YOUR MONEY! My daughter used this to buy a prom dress and was given a ship date that it would arrive prior to the prom. IT DID NOT! When it did arrive it was of very poor quality, hem not even sewn, stings everywhere. When we tried to return it (IMMEDIATELY) we were given the run around of constant emails back and forth! There is not even a customer service number!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! and COMPANY!!!

ZERO stars for this business. I ordered a gown for my nieces wedding.
First of all when I opened the package it literally looked like crumpled, wrinkled sheets, that only slightly resembled the website photo.
More importantly, the dress didn’t fit. It was snug in the hips and the zipper wouldn’t close.
I emailed for instructions on a return.
First I had to provide photos of the clear bag it came in, the dress itself, AND photos of the dress on me indicating where it didn’t fit correctly!
Then the bargain game began. They offered for me to keep the dress and donate it; they’d refund 15% of the purchase price -or- a 30% discount off my next order. Ummm what??? No I’m not ordering from you again. They them offered me a 30% refund -or- would I
consider a 50% gift card?
They then were “delighted to provide a 40% refund. Or if I wished to return, they charge a 15% restock fee, postage at my own expense, and the item would have to be inspected- - do I honestly trust that they will “inspect” the dress and find it in perfect condition. Absolutely not. Chalking this one up as a complete loss.

I was looking for a mother of the groom dress. After searching on line. I decided to purchase a dress from Glamora. It choose dress here is the image.
I received a dress with a fabric quality of a cheap lace curtains. They don't care about customer service. This is a new way to scam people $ 180.00 Let's look for reviews before purchase.

I ordered a dress from there site. Looked lovely in the photos.

Dress arrived later than scheduled time even when paying more to get it early.
Tried the dress on and you could see all the seams on the side had a hole in the side of the dress also.

Contacted them to get a refund and blamed the delivery for the hole in the side and just suggested I get it fixed.

I asked for a refund but would only offer me 15% on the dress or a 30% discount for a voucher for their website.

I have said I want a full refund and now they haven’t replied to my emails for over 5 days.

I am now left with a dress that I probably can’t return or get a refund for nor will I ever be wearing it!!
SCAM!!!

Terrible company! My mom ordered a dress, pear/pink as shown in her order confirmation, about two months later they send her a Peach color dress, no way of confusing it. We contacted this company with pictures of the dress along with the order confirmation. My mom paid $138 for the dress plus fees and they want to refund her 15% then charger her another 15% of that for shipping/restocking/inspection fees. They gave her option two which would be a 30% gift card toward another item. So basically she will get back $13. What a disgrace. She ordered correctly and they made the error yet the customers gets to pay the price literally.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are based in Asia, not California and you cannot return your item for any reason. They sent me the wrong style dress and even though my measurements were correct there was no way the dress would fit. I was instructed to send photos showing my measurements to prove they were correct. Final offer was a 25% refund. Save your money and order from the US.

SCAM DONT BUY!!!! I bought a product and never received, even coming from China, the customer service is terrible and doesnt help, my product went back to their warehouse in the netherlands and even they asked me to return and pay myself to send back to china wich is insane and out of the EU llaw for returning policy. I lost money and never got anything!!! *SCAMMMMM*

This website is a fraud! Don’t buy!!!!!
They don’t have any stores in The Netherlands and the products come from China, I try to return as customer policy in EU, I need to pay the freight back to China nothing with Netherlands! this is Scam!! They don’t send you label for returning the goods, I’m not paying to ship to China, and they don’t refund me if not shipping back to China!!!
