SCAM
I wish I could give them a 0! I found this site through tiktok, I should've known it was a SCAM! I ordered a "weighted" hula hoop from them. In the check out process it told me I could save by joining their VIP program, so I entered my email. From there it sent me an email with a button to join, nowhere before agreeing to join did it state that there was a monthly fee. After agreeing, I saw the price in the fine print so I immediately cancelled membership. Then a week passed and I had not gotten any info on my order shipping, messaged them and they said they would get on it. When it arrived there was no weight! I messaged them again and they said that it is stated on the website you have to get your own weight for the WEIGHTED hula hoop (again in the fine print). I told them I no longer wanted the item and wanted to return it. After several messages of them telling me they don't do refunds (when I repeatedly asked to make a return), they sent me a screenshot from somewhere saying they do not accept returns. I went to their site and found their return policy where it says to contact them within 30 days to make a return. These people are liars and scammers and do not deserve your money.
