Some places just get things right! The Glamorgan Bakery in Calgary, AB is one of them.

I was first introduced to this bakery when I was still a teenager - at least 35 years ago. My sister brought home their cheese buns - the best I have ever had. I have lived overseas for much of that time - cooking and owning restaurants and working in food and drink commercial development. I have just returned to Calgary to live. Still the best cheese buns on the planet. Well deserved praise that has been earned over decades of getting it right.
