The device works perfect, but I required an invoice without response of the Glamos. Additionally the device includes an internet address for documentation’s device when you try to access required a password not provided. On the other hand Product includes one month test for Glamos Walk App but has not been provided despite to send some emails to Glamos.

Lets start with the positives. The Glamos device itself is really great. It's got some excellent features that set it apart from other competitor devices on the market. It boots up in next to no time and is really simple to operate out in the field once you undestand how to use it.

Upon purchasing the device, I received no documentation, the website has no support area that is easily accessed and the documentation that is on the website is behind a password. I contacted Glamos to get the password and to try and understand how to access their Web Application for analysiing the results and got no response to email.

There is no helpful information that is sent to you when you make the purchase and if you purchase the application, there is literally nothing to explain how to even access the application. It was be sheer coincidence that I stumbled across the URL when I was using the device. This was helpful, as up until this point, I had no idea if I'd purchased a installable application or if I had to access it on a browser.

In the end, I was able to figure it out but had to make a lot of assumtions as to how the Glamos device and the web application is meant to be used. So mixed feelings. Great device but really shocking support and documentation.

I'm trying to contact you because we have technical questions and we haven't received any feedback, we urgently need help.

Purchased a walker, it arrived fine but we have not been able to get a connection with a gateway. I have emailed and had no response from GLAMOS. The documentation is next to useless. Complete waste of time and money.

Asked to seller to provide an invoice several times via different channels and no answer at all!

Easy to setup and use, Glamos can give any network operator and networkinsights that were not possible before.

Ease of use of HW and software. Extremely responsive support, and quick issue resolution.

Received the device very quickly, no issues.

Very quick international delivery. Product performance is great. Support is responsive for updates. Great all round experience

The price can seem expensive especially when everything is down but this device has alot of information available for many uses with any Lorawan network. It can help you understand the helium network.

Where buying Glamos excels past anything and is worth price is the customer service. The time and effort after the sale is rare in anything evolving crypto currency. I use to setup private Lorawan networks and this would have saved unmeasurable amount of time.

It was very hard for me to get glamos connected ( join failed) once I was ablyto connect, I updated the wifi and not it doesn’t connect to the new wifi or the old wifi.
