As others have indicated, this seems to be a pretty shoddy operation. Customer service emails bounce back; no invoice or return label packed with the item. You will never be able to get your money back if you’re not happy.

Ordered a shirt it’s just arrived, dreadful quality nothing like the photo, does anyone know how to get a refund?

Ordered the item that should have been delivered 2-3 days. Well past that. Emails bounce back. The item is coming from China! I found this out via the bank. Very misleading. Avoid at all costs.

Please please don’t fall into this trap and save your $$$. I ordered a bag from them and I received a completely different product from what was shown in the pictures and really really poor quality. It was supposed to have a metal chain but instead came with a poor quality leather strap. I contacted their customer service regarding refund they said they would send me a chain strap instead. Although, the whole bag looked different but I kind of accepted the offer of receiving a chain strap. However, I have not received anything as of now. Emailed them again and had no response.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I think it’s time to expose these scammers. Please save your money and spend somewhere legit.

I bought a bag from them and when I received it over a month after purchasing . It looked nothing like the photo ! It was a complete different colour , it had missing parts on it from what they showed on the photo. The handle was way too long for the bag and when I clipped it in it was hanging down and looked stupid . I’ve emailed the company for a refund and they will not reply to me .

Bag took 3 weeks to arrive after several emails. When it did arrive it was not leather as described and looked very cheap and not worth the money I paid for it !! No invoice or returns label either.
Would advise you to not shop from this company.

Nice colour and my young granddaughter loves it. The only downside is that it isn't leather as described

I ordered a small white beaded wedding bag for my daughter. It’s perfect and my daughter was delighted with it. It’s well made and very classy. A brilliant price too.

The item is the wrong colour and I cannot be bothered to return it. The silk shirt looks like a pyjama top and I would only wear it to bed as it looks really cheap with nasty white plastic buttons my own fault buy cheap buy twice

Very poor quality bag. This is not at all what I was expecting. Poorly made, the zip is not stitched fully, the material is sub-standard, and the price I paid for this I could have got at quarter of this in some local cheap shop or market. My advice would be to steer well clear.

First time ordering, got my confirmation email thanking me for order, then received second email saying my order has been cancelled as there isnt enough stock! Why accept my order in the first place. Wasn't happy wouldnt order from them again
