HUGE flaw in diamond!
I ordered an 18k solid gold pendant with what was supposed to be a S1 clarity diamond in the center. The pendant has a nice weight to it, but the diamond is absolute crap. It has such a huge hole/flaw in it, that it looks black and empty. I would've been better off buying something with a cubic zirconia! Like other reviewers, I've tried multiple times to get in touch with the company so I can get details on the size of the diamond because I want to replace it with a better diamond. No success in getting a call or email back. This company is shady and I would save your money to put it towards better quality jewelry from a reputable company. So disappointed!

I have tried to order an item but their payment system wasn’t working properly. I emailed their customer service team about this I received a refund when I thought I was successful with the order. No answer from them why the order was refunded or the payment system wasn’t working. I was refunded again on my attempt to purchase. Very very poor and very weird

Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company! The website states they ship in 24 h; my order placed 6 days ago is still "processing". I was already charged, including almost 10 USD for a foreign transaction to Hong Kong. The phone numbers on the web and instagram do not work and no one is replying to their email.
