I recently fell victim to the deceitful practices of Glassagram, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. In short, Glassagram is nothing but a fraudulent scheme, preying on unsuspecting individuals with false promises and empty guarantees.
From the outset, it became apparent that Glassagram's so-called subscription service was a sham. Despite their enticing offers, the reality couldn't be further from the truth. Upon purchasing a subscription, I was met with vague terms and conditions that failed to provide any assurance of the service's efficacy. There was no guarantee of access to private accounts or any specific timeframe for results – a glaring red flag that I foolishly overlooked.
What's more infuriating is that Glassagram's purported customer service is virtually non-existent. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance regarding my subscription, I was met with nothing but frustration and disappointment. Their team's only response was to extend my membership without addressing any of my concerns or providing the promised access. It's clear that their primary objective is to extract money from unsuspecting users, with little regard for customer satisfaction or genuine support.
As if the lack of service wasn't bad enough, the utter disregard for transparency and accountability is truly appalling. I paid $50 for a one-month subscription, only to find myself endlessly chasing shadows with no tangible results. It's been over two months since my initial purchase, and Glassagram has yet to deliver on any of their promises.
In essence, Glassagram operates on false pretenses, luring individuals with the allure of accessing private information on public accounts – a redundant and deceitful proposition. Save yourself the headache and avoid this scam at all costs. My experience serves as a cautionary tale – don't be fooled by Glassagram's facade of legitimacy.

Scamming business
Scamming business. Their service doesn't work and even within 14 day refund period they are not issuing refund and giving false or misleading reasons. Scammed CA$ 400 from me.
I also see they have paid, false 5 star reviews on TrustPilot to cancel out all the genuine 1 star reviews they have.
They have the same response to all negative reviews, NO resolution, they just say - "We requested some additional information so that we can investigate it further. We hope that after that, we will be able to find a solution and improve your experience of using our product."

I had a disappointing experience with Glassagram's customer service. They charged me for each account without clearly stating this upfront. After purchasing a subscription, I was told to wait for a month to access the account data. However, even after waiting, they told me that the target account had additional security features, prolonging the wait indefinitely. What's worse, when I requested a refund, they provided nonsensical arguments and delayed the process, insisting that their billing manager would handle it and I have to wait.

It's scam
It's scam. After more than 4 month no results at all. Support will come up with stupid arguments to hold you. When asking for refund they will offer a few percent, but never the full amount. When signing up for 30 days you will end up with an annual subscription.
So, be aware - they make money without offering any service. The good reviews are probably people working there or "friends".
Edit: you had requested and got further information weeks ago, and even said you will prioritize the account. But only the same blah blah is given as service.

I have signed up in Apr 2023.
At first I was told to wait for a week for it to load. Time after time, i was told the same thing and eventually, they couldnt give any timeframe of when it can be made accessible, even till today. So it is strongly DISCOURAGE to sign up glassagram, as almost a year now, they took in my one year subscription since Apr 2023 and still has not deliver at this point of time. Refund is also made impossible now. Just be ready to pay and get nothing. HONEST REVIEW.

Absolutely a waste of money. It always shows as “in progress”, never show up any results properly. It only showed up once because the account was once open as public account. And the customer service is very rude and unreasonable.

Unreliable and no respect for customers
I mistakenly chose and paid for the 12-month package instead of the 1-month package, but I did not see how much money they had withdrawn because there was no 3D security on their website. Less than 3 minutes later, I contacted live support and told them to refund the 11-month package and activate the 1-month package, but they were very rude and did nothing. They did not refund it properly, they do not respect their customers in any way and they are unreliable. Do not trust them at all as they cannot use 3D.
Don't trust them, they tell you that you can see private accounts after 30 days after you pay.
But after payment they say this
You say you refundedit, but it's been 10 days and still no refund. Scam site guys dont trust glassagram.com
