I bought 2 glass chair mats from Glasschairmats.com and I couldn't be happier. I don't know why I ever got those plastic chair mats for all those years. I can't count how many of those things I've bought and tossed, hated buying them as they will stab you and rip your car to shreds getting them home. They are incredibly awkward to buy or to get rid of, (too big for the garbage containers) when they wear out a year or two later. These glass mats with the beveled edges are the most ingenious perfect solution. I wish I would have found them sooner and saved all the hassle. Not to mention how much better they look and especially feel when you are moving the chair over them. It's so much nicer to glide effortlessly around now. I dealt with Hirrum who was extremely helpful and a joy to work with as I couldn't decide on the size at first, his expertise was invaluable. I'm at home on my laptop much more often now and this beautiful glass mat is so much more luxurious to work on. Also the beveled edge really helps in case you happen to be walking on and off of it barefoot, or you ever roll off as you easily just roll back on. I've been telling all my friends about it since I bought it.
