Ordered a rattan set from wowcher, had an email stating 28 days for delivery which under the current climate we didn’t mind.
Over a month has passed... no furniture... they are not answering emails....the calls are cutting out after being on hold for 15 minutes plus.
Terrible service.... we would be more understanding if they communicated with us.
Looking to get a refund but after reading other reviews it’s not going to be an easy process.
Wowcher should take note of these reviews as it looks unfavourably on themselves.
If it looks too good to be true then it usually is.

Disgusted by this company, their delivery company (premier deliveries) and wowcher.
Purchased a Rattan Furniture set was told delivery would be 23rd April nothing arrived we were understanding tried to contact the delivery company to find out when it would arrive have called every day since then on two phones no answer. We have also emailed no response.
We tried calling and emailing Furniture Italia and the same no response.
We contacted wowcher who say they won’t process a refund until they have heard back from the retailer (good luck with that). After us advising our consumer rights state we can have a refund after the delivery date has passed they decided to end the online chat.
Have contacted our bank who advised they will do a chargeback if the goods do not arrive by Thursday.

I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of communication with this company!!! I was told 5 working days for my delivery and it's now been over 3 weeks and still nothing. I can not get in contact with the company and have left 4 emails, with no reply!!!!

Please do not buy from this company, bought rattan garden furniture from them pieces are missing, poor quality can’t get through to them won’t reply to e mails what a shambles. Bought through Wowcher who won’t take any responsibility for selling this dreadful companies goods. Will not use Wowcher again😡

Purchased 3 matreess of furniture italia or there other name they go buy dinning tables through wowcher a month ago delivery promised after week wowcher saying out for delivery contacted delivery company who also kept emailing saying be with you in few days on speaking to them they said furniture italia had run out of stock why is this firm and wowcher over selling products emailed furniture italia for 3 weeks never had the decency for one reply requested refund from wowcher who said contact furniture italia left 368pound out of pocket as you can't contact them total disgraceful company avoid at all costs wowcher should be taking responsibility also for company's they are selling products for

Just wanted to thank you for this company,that delivered great customer service. I bought single divan bed with mattress for £89 and king size mattress also £89, from wowcher. Emailed them to request specific week I would like them to deliver, despite the climate that we are in, they did it. They kept answering prompt email that I wrote, and inform me the delivery date and time frame. Received the items this morning around 8, the driver gave me a ring on arrival. The items came in a great condition, all wrapped in plastic. As am emergency furniture for our needs, I couldn’t fault it. Many many thanks🙏🏼

IJ INTERIORS WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.Ordered rattan garden furniture. 3 boxes came one went back as it was damaged. Opened second box and it looked used and muddy. Phoned them to collect that so it was 2 boxes needed replacing. Delivery van came 2nd time with only one box. Then 3rd delivery date was changed. The guy on the telephone was rude aswell he didnt care what I said. PLEASE PLEASE don't buy from this company..

I bought a glass table. The process of buying and paying for it were simple....thereafter an all together different experience! Delivery date said 5-15 days which is acceptable, especially during the lockdown time. As time ticked by I chased and chased to be notified of any date for delivery so that I could plan my work schedule and make sure I was home for delivery. When I phoned there was no answer and no message, online chat was not chatting and emails were eventually answered only when I requested a refund. No response caused anxiety, this exacerbated by the fact that the T&C’s link is blank, google maps shows the address as a factory building with a fly tipping problem outside and all contact links on the website going nowhere. Further, buying a table from Glassdiningtables.com gives you an invoice from Glass Vault Furniture and then email communication from FurnitureItalia on a gmail account. Who are you actually buying from!! I seriously thought I had been scammed and made my credit card company aware of my concerns! Fortunately the table was eventually delivered and is ok. You get what you pay for with the product, but I would avoid the company at all cost due to the atrocious customer experience....one not to be repeated for sure!

I didn't read these reviews before I brought my items, which I'm glad of otherwise I wouldn't have purchased anything.
I ordered a 4 piece rattan set off wowcher for £125 (with delivery). As we are in the midst of Coronavirus times I had to wait 14 days for delivery which I didn't think was too bad.
Had a text the day before delivery saying my items would be here between 7am-12pm. The delivery man came at 9.30 and left my items no problem.
Putting the rattan set together was easy, only due to my handyman using his electric drill...if you were to use the allan key supplied it would of taken hours...a couple of parts took a little more time to put together but for £99 I can't complain...just the job for the summer!

Do not buy from these , we have brought garden furniture advertised for 14 day delivery - no delivery as of yet orders 14 days ago, received an email from them, saying a further 28days- not good enough, Wowcher still advertising same set. AVOID! Cannot get hold of them by phone or email

Ordered matress via Woucher absolutely appalling condition! Definitely not as advertised. Poor quality no memory foam lumpy, overall extremely bad quality! They havent answered my emails and nobody answered the phone when I called. This is definitely the worse thing I have ever purchased. Take my advise and dont buy anything off them because they obviously dont give a dam! I have cancer and I live in a 1 bed flat. I not have this stuck in my way and its seriously stressful. It's really so very bad and unfair to be treated like this

Ordered a 10inch Mattress from Wowcher.
When delivered which iust add was polite and well within time limit given i refused to sign for it and driver took it back. Mattress was definitely not as described 8 inch not ten also was damaged one end more pronounced than others. Communication with company was however fast and they did send me an email agreeing a refund via wowcher. So service in all was positive and polite but goods just not as described and very cheap made certainly NOT memory foam topped or in anyway as i ordered it from picture which is i give them.1 star id advise do not order a mattress from them go to a reputable dealer and pay the price for the product you want.... Which is what i now will do.

Writing this review as there seems many bad ones for this company. I purchased a kingsized mattress from them via wowcher for delivery to Edinburgh. Price was amazing, delivery was by Premier Deliveries as says they deliver into your property not upstairs. Was happy with this, I was given the choice of 5 different days for delivery so chose Saturday so didn't have to take time off. I was them texted with a time slot 7 am - 1 pm. Amazing by 8 am the mattress was in my property on my bed ! I cannot fault either Wowcher for the offer from this company or the delivery company. What an earth do people expect when paying fifth of the price for mattresses and beds! Remember people almost never leave positive reviews or when things go well, that's why I am leaving this. My experience with them has been excellent.

Same story as everyone else, bought a bed from Wowcher..waited 2 weeks for a Saturday delivery, Gas pistons didn't work so after e mail of complaint they sent you tube clip to fix them, metal frame has two of the same sides so we can only fasten it to leatherette outer with 2 of 4 fastenings to botch it, screws missing to fasten frame to bed carcass, bad instructions to start with then even worse when you have wrong parts then to top it all mattress that is memory foam / sprung only measures 2.6" so there is a 6 inch gap showing the slats. Replacement was due yesterday I own my own business 35 miles from home so as weekday asked them to use that address and I brought mattress to my office, got time slot of 7am to 12..contacted them immediately to advise again office hours only and the delivery man was ringing my mobile at 6.54am yesterday.. I contacted him immediately and he finally returned my call at 1.30pm saying nothing he can do.now they are ignoring me so I guess I am off to trading standards under the sale of good acts regulations as the bed isn't fit for purpose and from what I have read Wowcher wash their hands...

Please don't buy from this company. Poor customer service. Wrong bed delivered, hard to contact, emails unanswered, redelivered correct bed with headboard ripped. Sent one person to deliver a 6ft bed who asked for help getting the mattress out! Muddy boots on the hallway carpet and left the bed and mattress in the hallway for me to get upstairs! Wowcher won't help either.

I purchased a double divan bed in brown with drawers, headboard and memory foam mattress. I ordered this through ebay and the price attracted me to the bed, for £148 all in, I ordered it on a Saturday afternon and it arrived Monday Morning from a man from Premier Deliveries, it barely took 2 day's to arrive which is excellent. I checked the negative reviews and worried a bit over the weekend, but shouldn't have as the bed arrived well before the 2 pm time slot, it arrived at 10 am and I was given a call just before. The delivery man was so pleasent and helpful, carried the bed into room of choice and made sure I had all the parts. I can highly recommend ijinteriors and will definitely be buying from them again, goes to show always trust your instincts and I am glad I did.

Don’t really know why they have so many bad reviews or I’m just very lucky!
I ordered a crushed velvet black divan bed in the size double with a headboard and mattress and paid just £139
After ordering the bed I stupidly decided to read reviews and got myself into a state of panic worrying about if the bed would turn up and if it did would it be correct?
Me being me I decided to contact wowcher who said go to the company them self which I did to confirm my order was picked up and that would be the divan double in the black which I did get emails back confirming this and then received my email a few days later asking me to pick a day for delivery which I did earlier than the expect 22nd I was first offered on wowcher.
My bed arrived on the day specified with full items in correct colour and all items at 3pm which was well within the 11am-5pm time limit driver was lovely and put the item in the hallway for us.
All in all the bed looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier would highly recommend!

Bought a Orthapaedic Memory Sprung mattress supposedly 85 per cent off.
Sent a cheaper mattress than in the picture which is is very poor quality and wanted £29 to return it.
Avoid at all costs.

Felt I had to leave a fab review as there are so many negative ones. I ordered a bed (king size champagne crushed velvet with mattress) from a Wowcher deal. Only after I ordered it did I read the reviews for Furniture Italia ( I know I should of done it before!!) and I got a bit panicky....but no need !! The bed arrived today and its gorgeous. Good quality, well made, fab mattress and so comfy. It was delivered on time, by a very pleasant guy from Premier Deliveries without any problems at all. I can only comment on my own experience but can't find fault with any part of it.

Absolute joke of a company!! Would never recommend to anyone and have put a case to eBay.
Ordered rattan furniture over a week ago to be told it will be here Monday, then email to say there was a problem with the set so delivery will be Tuesday, husband took day off & it never turned up! Then an email for delivery on Friday afternoon, so I took half day off work and low and behold an email to say the van had broken down and will be delivered today! Guess what, another email to say that it will be Monday now as they noticed that the furniture got damaged while the van broke down!!!! So delivery Monday!!!! I have rang, emailed, message this company so many times that I’m sick of it all. I’ve told them if it’s not here by Monday then I want a full refund.
Never order from these people!!!
