I always have a great experience. Prices are great, even after I used my insurance benefits. I needed a new pair of glasses and even with my Coach frames they were a great price. The shipping is always fast too. I placed my order Monday and had my glasses Saturday.

I reluctantly ordered my first pair of…
I reluctantly ordered my first pair of glasses online. I found an Oakley frame I like and entered my single vision prescription. I realistically expected the glasses to arrive with an error in the prescription and I was very surprised that Glasses.com did a better job than Shopko and EyeglassesNorth. The price was 1/2 the cost of any local optometrist and I didn’t even enter my insurance info.
I will be ordering glasses this way from now on.

Second time ordering
Second time ordering. Same issue as the first time. The “smudge proof” glasses arrived with several finger prints on the lenses with an oily residue that I cannot get off.

Glasses have the wrong prescription
Glasses have the wrong prescription. Double checked that the right one was given. Requested return and refund. Filled out their form, 48 hours came and went with no return label. Frustrated and angry. Do better.

I ordered a pair of glasses on 5/2/26. At the time of the review 5/13/26, I have not received any glasses of any kind. I went to the website and had a live chat. I was told the frames were on back order since 5/4/26. So I asked the person how come when I ordered the frames they were in stock and yet I do not have them. I got some beat around the bush answer. I ultimately got a full refund and cancelled the order. Just be careful when ordering. Something seems fishy at Glasses.com
