My household is becoming glassespro addicted

Last year my husband bought a glasses frame online from glassesspro.com and he was unsure if it would fit his lenses, but when the frame married it was perfect. Today, I chose to give my glasses frame measurement a trail on glassespro website. I discovered that the website was easy to navigate through and the measurement was available for my lenses. Is this a real company?

A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing.
UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

No customer service never returned my…

No customer service never returned my emails never took responsibility for poor quality work. Avoid this co at all cost
Glasses were just bifocals with a small space to see normally. I asked how to fix the problem and was told a ticket was made but absolutely no attempt to make these glasses good. Very disappointed

Perfect frames and lenses

I chose glassespros.com because I google searched a specific frame I wanted and my old online glasses shop stopped selling this frame so when I saw glasses pros carried my favorite frames I ordered two pair in different colors. I didn't know they were Canadian based so it held up my receiving them three days past expected due date with customs and I was traveling so I had to have a family member ship me my glasses and now I finally have them. The frames were exactly what I wanted and fit like I had been fit in person ,I mean the fit is as good as it possibly can be. The lenses are perfect as well as far as my new prescription....they nailed the lenses. I hope they hold up as well as they are made and don't scratch easily. I got one pair in transitions and chose a very expensive type of transition because I wanted polarized lens and in bright hot Arizona sun they seem to be great. All in all I'd order from again because I'm extremely pleased with my frames and lens.

Only one PD measurement when ordering

My PD is different for my left eye and my right eye, not just one measurement as your ordering system will only allow. I thought that would not make a difference but it does. I could not get use to these glasses, so they are useless.

Our platform currently supports a single PD measurement, which combines the measurements for the left eye (OS) and the right eye (OD). This approach is based on the most common format provided on prescription (RX) forms, where either two numbers (one for each eye) or a single PD measurement are given. We realize now that this method may not be suitable for everyone, and it seems this was the case with your order.

We sincerely apologize if this limitation in our ordering system led to any confusion or inconvenience. Your experience has highlighted an important aspect of eyewear customization that we need to consider for our platform.
