Simon's very thorough and has good understanding that buying a house and getting a mortgage is straightforward like ordering something off Amazon! (other brokers take note). He got us the best rate for a buy-to-let that suited our plans without making us feel as though we were being pressured.

Excellent Mortgage and Protection…
Excellent Mortgage and Protection advice from Simon and Catherine. We completed on our home move last Thursday and I cannot fault the service from Glasslake. Simon is incredibly knowledgeable about the whole mortgage and property process, and offers sage advise at each stage. Catherine has been incredibly efficient when i have dealt with her at key stages of the process. I first met Simon a few years back and he has been very kind and patient as we moved through the whole process- which included a few houses (and mortgages) which for various reasons didn't happen. His good humour and can do attitude shone through and I know this is a Glasslake ethos. My wife and I are really pleased with our new home as is our 5 year old daughter. Glasslake and Simon played a massive part in it all happening and I'm chuffed with the mortgage product Simon sorted for us. Great service and great brokers. I look forward to speaking to them again when my fixed rate expires in 5 years!
