We have just ordered a new bed, mattress and bedroom furniture at Glasswells and can’t praise them enough. Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable making the process very easy. I recently visited to see their display but wanted to compare with our local John Lewis where unfortunately no staff even came to help. So I returned to Glasswells with my husband and ordered. It’s a great shop with a fantastic range of furniture and accessories available.

Lawrence was very helpful and patient with me while I decided on my chair, fabrics and arm colours. Made the experience very easy. My daughters and Lawrence made the purcahse easy.
We also enjoyed a lovely lunch in the restaurant where the staff were lovely and had excellent service.

Taylor was really helpful with providing floor samples for us to test at home and advice for the best product for our needs. We felt he wasn’t trying to upsell us anything. Everything went ahead smoothly as planned and we are very happy with our new floor.

A special thanks to Steve Johnson (floor installation specialist) who did a spectacular job, his care and attention to detail was second to none. The detail and time that went into the installation was so professional and much appreciated, it really shows in the finished floor. We always knew our old floor was not great but thought it passable, but seeing the difference now made us realise it was apples and pears. We have been showing all our friends because it was so impressive. All those years of experience really shows. And Steve kept the place so tidy and even cleaned the floor before he left. So a huge thank you.

The in store team are all so helpful,friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. We had a number of questions and they were able to call other stores, and, the suppliers to get the answers on sizing, lead times etc.

The lead time for delivery is really good, and the sales advisor we dealt with has been emailing me with updates of the products coming in so we know that everything is on track for delivery.

My wife and I really enjoy shopping at Glasswells in Ipswich, it is such a relaxed environment with a great team of people who only want to help, the Cafe is also a place to enjoy a meal or the wonderful choice of cakes.

I was looking to purchase a new mattress for my bed. Peter was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me time and space to try the beds and was there to answer my questions about the types of mattresses.
The service he provided was excellent. Glasswells is my go to store for all home purchases. Always friendly helpful staff, quality products and service.

Beautiful layout of the store with attentive knowledgable approachable and efficient staff. Excellent product available to view in a setting which is a joy to walk around. Sally Ann was helpful friendly and informative.

We recently bought 2 chairs from Glasswells, Ipswich. We visited the shop 3 times , initially to search for suitable chairs, then to borrow fabric swatches , and finally to order the chairs. The salesmen, Adrian and Dan were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough when answering all our questions. We never felt any pressure to buy. We visited Glasswells with the intention of browsing garden furniture. We left having purchased a lovely set of garden furniture. Our salesman was Nigel, he was so helpful and informative. We viewed the furniture on a Thursday, it was delivered the following Tuesday. A special mention for the delivery team, who were helpful and went above and beyond. The set of furniture is 'Bramblecrest' and it is superb. We purchased a rise and fall table with an ice bucket in the middle, 2 armchairs, a 3 seater sette, a parasol and a base. The back of the seats recline for a bit of luxury. The cushions are thick and comfortable. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

We have never been to your store before but we’re very impressed not only with all the staff but how clean every where was and the quality of the merchandise on offer especially the kitchen wares and bedding . We came for the garden ratten furniture but all the the products were of top quality even if they did not catch our eye.

Very welcoming staff, excellent service. I love to shop at Glasswells and have bought several furniture items from them. They are built of top quality materials. The staff are very knowledgeable and very welcoming, without being hard sale employees and let you take the time to make up your own mind. Highly recommend.

A really excellent service helping us choose a new bed. There was a wide range to try in the store, and Sallyann (the lady who assisted us) was super-friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. We were able to order our new bed with ease.

We went to glasswells in Ipswich looking for dinning chairs .We were greeted by a very nice lady called Julianna Johnson . Julianna was very friendly ,helpful ,polite and knowledgeable and she helped us find the 6 dinning chair we needed .We also visited the cafe and the staff in there were also very friendly and polite and the service was fast .overall a very enjoyable experience .

Staff in store know their products and helpful whilst looking for a product.
After sales very poor. If you ever enquire or have a concern then the response won’t be the one you are expecting.
The deputy manager (woman) rude and condescending. She won’t allow you to speak or explain. To the extent of her being very negative about their own staff they use.
So good luck with anyone contacting Glasswells for after sales concerns.
Very disappointing and makes us very wary of using the store in future.

Carpets fitted by a lovely chap new to Glasswells but came recommended.
Calm, conscientious and very business like. Took no time at all to lay two landings, the stairs and a bedroom.
And hoovered up after himself
Such an easy experience they are coming back to do the dining room.
