Poor quality
Poor quality glass, handle crumbled off almost immediately on one of the bowls. Rough surface on the inside of the bowl, this makes them really difficult to clean, even with a brush

I had problems with the product you sent to my home (Rome, Italy).
I haven't been able to use it, not even once.
And when I tried to contact you via email/Instagram, no one ever responded.

Fantastic company, won’t shop anywhere else for my glass! Ordered the wrong size banger and as consolation glassworks sent out a 14mm male to 10mm female adapter which sorted my issues for minimal expense, which is above and beyond what they had to do customer service done right :)
