Asked a question, received a response within an hour, from Scotland. That's better than a lot of the domestic companies. The day after I placed the order, already received a shipping confirmation and already got it today. The whole thing from beginning to end, I repeat, from Scotland to US, took a little more than a week. That's a small company doing their thing very very well. Can't say enough!

Unfortunately the beautiful top I purchased from you was too small so had to return it. The response was extremely prompt in the refund. It was such a shame as I like to support small businesses.

I’d not used Glebe before so was a little bit wary, but honestly needn’t have worried.
My item was dispatched and delivered quickly with plenty of updates so I knew where it was up to. I even got a thank you note in the package which was a lovely touch.
